贛州市高校山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)是指在海拔3500米以下的山區(qū)、丘陵開(kāi)展的與登山有關(guān)的戶外運(yùn)動(dòng),根據(jù)不同的地形,可將山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)分為叢林、峽谷、登山與攀巖、荒原、高原探險(xiǎn)、水平戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)、群體活動(dòng)等;現(xiàn)今,高效率、快節(jié)奏的生活方式使人們長(zhǎng)期處于高負(fù)荷運(yùn)行的緊張狀態(tài)中,人與自然的接觸日益減少,于是,人們走出高樓大廈、回歸自然、體驗(yàn)原生態(tài)的心情也日益迫切;郊游、遠(yuǎn)足、登山、漂流、溯溪、露營(yíng)、攀巖、探險(xiǎn)等山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)已在我國(guó)部分發(fā)達(dá)城市蓬勃開(kāi)展,成為現(xiàn)代生活方式中的時(shí)尚運(yùn)動(dòng)與休閑項(xiàng)目;由于山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)所特有的刺激性與挑戰(zhàn)性,符合年輕人尋求刺激、挑戰(zhàn)自我、超越自我的心理需求,特別受到年輕人的青睞,越來(lái)越多的大學(xué)生把山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)納入了自己的生活之中;隨著我國(guó)素質(zhì)教育改革的推進(jìn),山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)在高校體育教育中也逐漸拉開(kāi)帷幕。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地考察法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,對(duì)贛州市高校山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,剖析制約贛州市高校山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)開(kāi)展的因素,進(jìn)而提出贛州市高校開(kāi)展山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的建議,旨在推廣和普及山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)在贛州市高校的健康發(fā)展,研究結(jié)果認(rèn)為:(1)目前贛州市高校山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)課程開(kāi)設(shè)率不高,,且課程形式單一、普及率低;(2)學(xué)生對(duì)山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)還比較了解、能清楚的認(rèn)識(shí)其功能、接受程度比較高、山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的群眾基礎(chǔ)較好;(3)學(xué)生參與山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的形式有純AA制組合、社會(huì)戶外俱樂(lè)部、公體選修課等多種形式;(4)制約贛州市高校山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的因素主要有:師資隊(duì)伍薄弱、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度不夠、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足、場(chǎng)地器材缺乏、安全隱患等。 贛州市高校山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的主要建議是:(1)做好師資培訓(xùn),提高教師山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)專(zhuān)業(yè)水平;(2)轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念,提高認(rèn)識(shí),加強(qiáng)對(duì)山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的重視(3)加大經(jīng)費(fèi)投入,確保山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)的順利開(kāi)展;(4)整合贛州市高校山地戶外運(yùn)動(dòng)資源,提高利用率;(5)做好安全防護(hù),降低運(yùn)動(dòng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Mountain outdoor sports are those related to mountaineering in mountainous areas below 3500 meters above sea level. According to different terrain, the outdoor sports in mountainous areas can be divided into jungle, canyon, mountaineering and rock climbing, wasteland and plateau exploration. Horizontal outdoor activities, group activities, etc., nowadays, the high efficiency and fast pace of life make people in a tense state of running at high load for a long time, and the contact between man and nature is decreasing day by day, so people go out of high-rise buildings and return to nature. It is also increasingly urgent to experience the original ecology; hiking, mountaineering, drifting, backtracking, camping, rock climbing, exploration and other mountain outdoor sports have flourished in some developed cities in China. It has become a fashionable sport and leisure project in modern life style. Because of its unique stimulation and challenge, the outdoor sports in mountainous areas meet the psychological needs of young people seeking to stimulate, challenge themselves, and transcend themselves, and are especially favored by young people. More and more college students have brought the mountain outdoor sports into their own lives. With the promotion of quality education reform in our country, the mountain outdoor sports in the physical education of colleges and universities also gradually began. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, expert interview and data statistics are used to investigate and analyze the development of outdoor sports in colleges and universities in Ganzhou. This paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of mountain outdoor sports in colleges and universities in Ganzhou City, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of mountain outdoor sports in colleges and universities in Ganzhou City, in order to promote and popularize the healthy development of mountain outdoor sports in colleges and universities of Ganzhou City. The results are as follows: (1) at present, the rate of offering outdoor sports courses in colleges and universities in Ganzhou is not high, and the curriculum form is single and the popularization rate is low; (2) the students still have a better understanding of outdoor sports in mountain areas, can clearly understand its function, and have a relatively high degree of acceptance. The mass foundation of mountain outdoor sports is good: (3) the forms of students participating in mountain outdoor sports include pure AA system combination, social outdoor clubs, public sports elective courses and so on. (4) the main factors restricting the development of mountain outdoor sports in colleges and universities in Ganzhou are as follows: the teaching staff is weak, the leaders pay less attention to it, the fund investment is insufficient, the site and equipment are lacking, the safety hidden danger and so on. The main suggestions for the development of mountain outdoor sports in colleges and universities in Ganzhou are as follows: (1) to train teachers, to improve the professional level of mountain outdoor sports, (2) to change ideas, to raise awareness, and to pay more attention to mountain outdoor sports (3) to increase the investment of funds. To ensure the smooth development of mountain outdoor sports; (4) to integrate the mountain outdoor sports resources of Ganzhou University to improve the utilization rate; (5) to do a good job of safety protection to reduce the risk of sports.
