陜西博物館產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)路徑研究

【摘要】:博物館是一個國家、城市或地區(qū)文化展示的重要載體,是以研究、教育和欣賞為目的并反應社會歷史與環(huán)境變化過程的場所,具有十分顯著的公益性。但是博物館日常運轉(zhuǎn)需要大量的資金來維持,單一的經(jīng)費來源成為制約博物館發(fā)展的重要因素。博物館在進行文化傳播的同時應當利用現(xiàn)有資源進行產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā),并將所得收入用于博物館的再發(fā)展。隨著人們需求結(jié)構(gòu)的升級,,對于博物館的要求也日益增多,博物館跟大眾的關系日益密切,因此博物館利用博物館館藏資源,開發(fā)觀眾喜歡的文化產(chǎn)品以及文化服務以滿足觀眾的需要也是有必要的。本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論出發(fā),對博物館產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)的主體屬性、產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)、市場營銷進行闡述,分析了陜西地區(qū)博物館產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)的環(huán)境因素、發(fā)展階段、問題及成因,結(jié)合臺北國立故宮博物館產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)中的組織管理經(jīng)驗、藏品影像授權(quán)業(yè)務開展經(jīng)驗、市場營銷經(jīng)驗,對于陜西博物館產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)提出了優(yōu)化開發(fā)主體組織結(jié)構(gòu)、提升開發(fā)對象品質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新市場營銷策略三方面的路徑選擇及資金、政策、人才、平臺上的保障建議。
[Abstract]:Museum is an important carrier of cultural display in a country, a city or a region. It is a place for research, education and appreciation and reflects the process of social history and environmental change. However, the daily operation of museums needs a lot of funds to maintain, and a single source of funds has become an important factor restricting the development of museums. The museum should utilize the existing resources for industrialization development while carrying on the cultural dissemination, and use the income to redevelop the museum. With the upgrading of the structure of people's needs, the demand for museums is increasing, and the relationship between museums and the public is getting closer and closer, so museums use museum resources. It is also necessary to develop cultural products and services to meet the audience's needs. Based on the theory of industrial structure in industrial economics, this paper expounds the main attributes, industrial relations and marketing of museum industrialization development, and analyzes the environmental factors and development stage of museum industrialization development in Shaanxi. Problems and causes, combined with the experience of organization and management in the industrial development of Taipei National The Imperial Palace Museum, the experience of carrying out the authorized business of collection image, and the experience of marketing, put forward the optimization of the organization structure of the development subject for the industrialized development of Shaanxi Museum. Improve the quality of the development object, innovative marketing strategy and three aspects of the path choice and funds, policies, talent, platform on the security advice.
