巰基封端低相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量聚乙烯改性納米銀及其在聚乙烯中的分散性

【摘要】:由于納米銀顆粒的小尺寸效應(yīng)、表面效應(yīng)、量子尺寸效應(yīng)和宏觀量子隧道效應(yīng),限制了它在納米復(fù)合材料中的應(yīng)用。采用巰基封端的低相對(duì)分子質(zhì)量聚乙烯改性納米銀顆粒,減小了納米復(fù)合材料中納米銀顆粒與聚合物基體的界面能,使納米銀顆粒均勻地分散在聚合物基體中。拉曼光譜和XPS表征結(jié)果顯示,端基功能化聚乙烯成功接枝改性了納米銀。SEM表征結(jié)果顯示,改性納米銀在聚合物中均勻地分散。
[Abstract]:Because of the small size effect, surface effect, quantum size effect and macroscopic quantum tunneling effect, the application of silver nanoparticles in nanocomposites is limited. Silver nanoparticles were modified with low molecular weight polyethylene (LMWPE) capped by sulfhydryl group, which reduced the interfacial energy between silver nanoparticles and polymer matrix, and made silver nanoparticles dispersed uniformly in polymer matrix. The results of Raman spectroscopy and XPS showed that nano-silver was successfully grafted by end-group functionalized polyethylene and characterized by SEM. The results showed that the modified nano-silver was uniformly dispersed in the polymer.
