合成生物學(xué)技術(shù)在材料科學(xué)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:材料是人類賴以生存與發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),科技和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步都離不開材料技術(shù)的發(fā)展,未來先進(jìn)材料的合成和制備必然朝著綠色可持續(xù)、低耗高產(chǎn)出、精細(xì)可調(diào)控、高效多功能的方向發(fā)展。以"基因調(diào)控·工程設(shè)計(jì)"為核心的合成生物學(xué)技術(shù)從分子、細(xì)胞層面極大地推動(dòng)了生命科學(xué)的發(fā)展,也已經(jīng)并繼續(xù)為材料科學(xué)的發(fā)展注入新的思路和活力。本文將圍繞合成生物學(xué)技術(shù)在材料科學(xué)中的應(yīng)用,以基因回路設(shè)計(jì)為核心,概念應(yīng)用為線索,重點(diǎn)介紹合成生物學(xué)技術(shù)在高分子生物材料和無機(jī)納米材料領(lǐng)域的開發(fā)和生產(chǎn),細(xì)胞展示和蛋白定向進(jìn)化戰(zhàn)略對分子材料的篩選和優(yōu)化,"活體"功能材料、工程菌調(diào)節(jié)的人工光合系統(tǒng)功能材料體系以及基因回路在材料科學(xué)中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Material is the material basis for human survival and development. The progress of science and technology and society can not be separated from the development of material technology. In the future, the synthesis and preparation of advanced materials must be green and sustainable, low consumption and high output, fine and controllable. The development of high efficiency and multi-function. The synthetic biology technology based on "gene control engineering design" has greatly promoted the development of life science at the molecular and cellular level, and has been and continues to inject new ideas and vitality into the development of material science. This paper will focus on the application of synthetic biology technology in material science, with gene loop design as the core and conceptual application as the clue. The development and production of synthetic biology technology in the field of polymer biomaterials and inorganic nanomaterials will be emphasized. The selection and optimization of molecular materials by cell display and protein-directed evolution strategy, the application of "living" functional materials, functional systems of artificial photosynthetic system regulated by engineering bacteria and gene circuits in material science.
