有機(jī)相變材料促進(jìn)HCFC-141b水合物生成實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為解決靜態(tài)系統(tǒng)中水合物形成時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、生長(zhǎng)速度慢的問(wèn)題,在水合物形成體系中添加由正癸酸(CA)和十二醇(DE)復(fù)合而成的有機(jī)相變材料作為水合物形成促進(jìn)劑,研究相變材料的添加對(duì)HCFC-141b水合物形成的影響。采用高速攪拌的方法制備了CA-DE+HCFC-141b+水乳液體系,乳化液增加了HCFC-141b與水的接觸面積,促進(jìn)了水合物在靜態(tài)系統(tǒng)中的生成。在實(shí)驗(yàn)條件范圍內(nèi),添加1%的CA-DE相變材料,水合物形成誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間最短,水合物形成過(guò)程中溫度的升高幅度最大,水合物的生長(zhǎng)速度最大,對(duì)水合物形成促進(jìn)效果最好。水合物形成誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,水合物的形成具有一定的隨機(jī)性。在0.2℃和1℃的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,HCFC-141b水合物可在1h內(nèi)形成。溫度影響水合物的形成,溫度越低水合物形成引導(dǎo)時(shí)間越短,生長(zhǎng)速度越快、水合物生成的隨機(jī)性越小。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of long hydrate formation time and slow growth rate in static system, organic phase change materials composed of decanoic acid (CA) and dodecanol (DE) were added to hydrate formation system as accelerators for hydrate formation. The effect of phase change material on the formation of HCFC-141b hydrate was studied. CA-DE HCFC-141b aqueous emulsion system was prepared by high speed agitation. The emulsion increased the contact area between HCFC-141b and water and promoted the formation of hydrate in static system. In the range of experimental conditions, adding 1% CA-DE phase change material, hydrate formation induction time is the shortest, the temperature of hydrate formation is the largest, the hydrate growth rate is the largest, and the promotion effect of hydrate formation is the best. The experimental results show that the hydrate formation is random. HCFC-141b hydrate can be formed within 1 h at 0.2 鈩,
