窄線寬1336.6nm激光技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:The 1.3 渭 m band laser has an important application prospect in the fields of laser medical treatment, spectroscopy, optical fiber communication system, military and frequency-doubling red light, etc. In recent years, it has become a hot spot in laser research. However, the development of 27Al optical frequency standard urgently needs 1336.632nm lasers with high wavelength accuracy, narrow line width and good stability. This thesis is mainly devoted to the research in this field. As a new crystal material, Nd:GYSGG crystal has many advantages. If the effective coagulation coefficient is large and the fluorescence lifetime is long, we choose it as the gain medium to generate 1336.6nm laser. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. 1336nm narrow linewidth Nd:GYSGG torsion mode laser is successfully developed. Based on the quasi-continuous 808nm LD side-pumped Nd:GYSGG crystal structure, the power pulse repetition frequency is 10 Hz and the pulse width is 1 Ms. Two 位 / 4 wave plates and 55.4 擄polarizer are combined to eliminate the standing wave distribution of the optical field in the gain medium. The single wavelength laser output is obtained and tuned with birefringent filter and 0.3mmFP standard. When the average pump power is 47 W, the 1336.46nm laser output of 1.848 W is obtained. 2. According to the theoretical basis of relevant literature, the loss difference calculation method is determined, and the design of single block non-planar ring cavity is completed by Matlab and Solidworks software. 3. 1336.6nm narrow linewidth acoustooptic Q-switched Nd:GYSGG ring laser has been developed for the first time. Based on the quasi-continuous 808nm LD side-pumped Nd:GYSGG crystal structure, the power pulse repetition frequency is 10 Hz and the pulse width is 1 Ms. Under the average pumping power of 42.3 W, the 1336.6nm tunable laser output with the maximum average output power 367mW is obtained for the first time. The line width at this power is 0.85 pm, the pulse width and repetition frequency are 300ns and 80 Hz, respectively, and the corresponding average peak power is 15.3 kW.
