光柵外腔反饋半導(dǎo)體激光器及穩(wěn)頻系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性測(cè)試

【摘要】:能夠在復(fù)雜的使用環(huán)境中保持輸出激光頻率穩(wěn)定一直都是激光器研究的重要內(nèi)容。人們不僅需要直接優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),還應(yīng)對(duì)系統(tǒng)特性進(jìn)行針對(duì)性地校正和優(yōu)化。文章構(gòu)建了一套高效、高分辨率測(cè)量激光頻率變化的實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),通過研究激光器被調(diào)制后的輸出頻率變化,可獲得在實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境中ECDL激光器及其穩(wěn)頻系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)中記錄了正弦點(diǎn)頻和方波兩種信號(hào)調(diào)制后激光頻率的響應(yīng),在進(jìn)行FFT分析后獲得了幅頻特性和相頻特性。結(jié)果表明方波調(diào)制信號(hào)測(cè)量方案同正弦點(diǎn)頻測(cè)量方案結(jié)果一致,而且不需要多次測(cè)量,測(cè)量效率高。利用該測(cè)量系統(tǒng)還可以獲得機(jī)械沖擊后激光器的幅頻特性,可用于分析閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)的沖擊響應(yīng)特征,從而為類似環(huán)境中閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)校正和優(yōu)化提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Maintaining the stability of output laser frequency in complex application environment has always been an important part of laser research. People need not only to optimize the system structure directly, but also to correct and optimize the system characteristics. In this paper, an experimental system for measuring laser frequency change with high efficiency and high resolution is constructed. By studying the output frequency change of laser modulation, the dynamic response of ECDL laser and its frequency stabilization system can be obtained in laboratory environment. The response of laser frequency after sine point frequency and square wave signal modulation is recorded in the experiment, and the amplitude frequency characteristics and phase frequency characteristics are obtained after FFT analysis. The results show that the square wave modulated signal measurement scheme is in agreement with the sine point frequency measurement scheme, and does not need to be measured many times, and the measurement efficiency is high. The amplitude-frequency characteristics of the laser after mechanical shock can also be obtained by using the measurement system, which can be used to analyze the impulse response characteristics of the closed-loop system, thus providing experimental basis for parameter correction and optimization of the closed-loop system in similar environments.
