基于室內(nèi)模擬老化試驗(yàn)對瀝青性能的研究

【摘要】:瀝青材料抗老化性能是影響瀝青路面耐久性的關(guān)鍵因素,試驗(yàn)室模擬老化試驗(yàn)是研究瀝青抗老化性能的重要方法.通過對瀝青進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn)薄膜烘箱老化試驗(yàn)、針入度測試、軟化點(diǎn)測試和動(dòng)態(tài)旋轉(zhuǎn)流變分析,探討了不同老化條件對瀝青性能的影響及瀝青老化的機(jī)理.結(jié)果表明:延長老化時(shí)間,提高老化溫度會使瀝青質(zhì)量損失加大,軟化點(diǎn)提升,針入度降低,瀝青混合料耐疲勞性減弱;老化時(shí)間和溫度的改變可以較大幅度的改變?yōu)r青的流動(dòng)性;當(dāng)提高剪切速率時(shí),瀝青的流變性指數(shù)降低.
[Abstract]:The anti-aging performance of asphalt materials is the key factor to affect the durability of asphalt pavement. The laboratory simulation aging test is an important method to study the anti-aging performance of asphalt.The effects of different aging conditions on asphalt properties and the mechanism of asphalt aging were discussed by means of rotative film oven aging test, penetration test, softening point test and dynamic rotary rheological analysis.The results show that prolonging aging time and increasing aging temperature will increase asphalt mass loss, increase softening point, decrease penetration and weaken fatigue resistance of asphalt mixture.The fluidity of asphalt can be changed greatly by aging time and temperature, and the rheological index of asphalt decreases with the increase of shear rate.
