橡膠瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層技術(shù)在莆田市道路改造中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:橡膠瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層復(fù)合式路面加鋪技術(shù)是當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)城市道路建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的一項(xiàng)新技術(shù),可有效解決在城市水泥道路路面改造中加鋪瀝青混凝土罩面出現(xiàn)的反射裂縫、瀝青面層與舊水泥路面的粘結(jié)不牢和水害等技術(shù)問(wèn)題。在城市道路瀝青化工程中,特別是道路“白改黑”工程中應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。隨著該技術(shù)日趨完善及規(guī)范化,如何因地制宜地在城市道路改造中推廣應(yīng)用,對(duì)于城市交通事業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展意義重大。2011年5月福建省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳提出大力推廣該技術(shù),在此背景下,本文以莆田市荔園路道路改造工程為工程背景,采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究分析方法,對(duì)橡膠瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。 從瀝青、橡膠粉的組成結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),闡述了橡膠粉對(duì)瀝青的改性作用,總結(jié)橡膠瀝青的優(yōu)點(diǎn),并結(jié)合工程實(shí)際,對(duì)瀝青混合料進(jìn)行配合比設(shè)計(jì)。 分析反射裂縫產(chǎn)生的原因,總結(jié)影響反射裂縫的因素,闡述應(yīng)力吸收層的作用機(jī)理,并給出應(yīng)力吸收層材料的性能指標(biāo)。 以莆田市荔園路道路改造工程為實(shí)例,結(jié)合工程的特點(diǎn),系統(tǒng)地介紹橡膠瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層技術(shù)。主要內(nèi)容有:現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查,對(duì)原水泥混凝土路面現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)定;交通量預(yù)測(cè),,提出道路改造方案;方案比選,包括舊水泥混凝土路面的加鋪方案、舊水泥混凝土路面的整治方案、瀝青加鋪層設(shè)計(jì)方案等;改造路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);橡膠瀝青應(yīng)力吸收層施工技術(shù)及施工質(zhì)量控制管理;效益評(píng)價(jià)。 該技術(shù)在莆田市道路“白改黑”工程中的成功應(yīng)用,形成了一套集材料、設(shè)備和工藝于一體的施工技術(shù),可為該技術(shù)在工程應(yīng)用中提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。
[Abstract]:The compound pavement overlay technology of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer is a new technology in the field of urban road construction in China, which can effectively solve the reflection cracks in the overlay of asphalt concrete overlay in the reconstruction of urban cement road pavement.Technical problems such as poor bond between asphalt surface and old cement pavement and water hazard.It is more and more widely used in the asphalt engineering of urban road, especially in the road "white to black" project.With the improvement and standardization of the technology, how to popularize and apply it to local conditions is of great significance for the healthy and sustainable development of urban transportation. In May 2011, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department of Fujian Province proposed to vigorously popularize the technology.Under this background, this paper takes the road reconstruction project of Putian Liyuan Road as the engineering background, adopts the research and analysis method of combining theory and practice to study the technology of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer.Based on the composition structure of asphalt and rubber powder, the modification effect of rubber powder on asphalt is expounded, the advantages of rubber asphalt are summarized, and the mix proportion of asphalt mixture is designed in combination with engineering practice.The causes of reflection cracks are analyzed, the factors influencing the reflection cracks are summarized, the action mechanism of stress absorbing layer is expounded, and the performance index of stress absorbing layer material is given.Taking the reconstruction project of Liyuan Road in Putian City as an example and combining the characteristics of the project, this paper systematically introduces the technology of rubber asphalt stress absorption layer.The main contents are as follows: site survey, assessment of the current situation of the original cement concrete pavement; traffic volume prediction, road reconstruction scheme; scheme comparison and selection, including the overlay scheme of the old cement concrete pavement, the treatment plan of the old cement concrete pavement,Asphalt overlay design scheme; modified pavement structure design; rubber asphalt stress absorption layer construction technology and construction quality control management; benefit evaluation.The successful application of this technology in Putian Road "White to Black" project has formed a set of construction technology which integrates material, equipment and technology, which can provide experience and reference for the application of this technology in engineering.
