李家沙特大橋斜拉橋結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)靜載試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),由于質(zhì)量缺陷、車輛超載、洪水暴雨、年久失修、日常管護(hù)不到位等原因已經(jīng)發(fā)生了不少橋梁安全事故。通過定期檢測(cè)對(duì)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并根據(jù)檢測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)靜載試驗(yàn),對(duì)檢測(cè)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的薄弱部分的承載能力進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)評(píng)定,及早發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的危及結(jié)構(gòu)安全的隱患,對(duì)確保橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的安全起到至關(guān)重要的作用。橋梁動(dòng)靜載試驗(yàn)是對(duì)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行直接加載測(cè)試的一項(xiàng)科學(xué)試驗(yàn)工作,是評(píng)價(jià)橋梁質(zhì)量最直接和有效的方法和手段,特別適應(yīng)于對(duì)斜拉橋、懸索橋等復(fù)雜高階超靜定橋梁的工作性能鑒定。 本文根據(jù)斜拉橋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),通過有限元軟件建立李家沙特大橋的計(jì)算模型,制定其動(dòng)靜載試驗(yàn)方案,并對(duì)動(dòng)靜載試驗(yàn)測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,判斷橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的實(shí)際工作狀態(tài)情況。研究?jī)?nèi)容包括: ⑴總結(jié)大跨徑橋梁靜動(dòng)載試驗(yàn)的基本理論; ⑵闡述斜拉橋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及計(jì)算方法,并用有限元軟件MIDAS/Civil分別建立了李家沙特大橋的單主梁和雙主梁計(jì)算模型,對(duì)實(shí)橋進(jìn)行了靜、動(dòng)力分析,,得出各控制截面在設(shè)計(jì)荷載及試驗(yàn)荷載作用下的效應(yīng)和橋梁的模態(tài),比較兩種模型計(jì)算結(jié)果的差別。 ⑶通過靜載試驗(yàn),測(cè)定橋梁在各工況試驗(yàn)荷載作用下控制截面的應(yīng)變和位移,并與理論計(jì)算值進(jìn)行比較分析,評(píng)價(jià)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的在靜力荷載作用下的力學(xué)性能是否滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。 ⑷通過脈動(dòng)試驗(yàn)、有障礙和無(wú)障礙跑車試驗(yàn)測(cè)試橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)各階固有頻率、阻尼比、振型和動(dòng)力系數(shù)等特征參數(shù),進(jìn)而分析評(píng)價(jià)橋梁的剛度和承受動(dòng)力荷載的能力。 ⑸綜合評(píng)價(jià)橋梁的結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)際工作性能,為橋梁的交竣工驗(yàn)收和將來(lái)的養(yǎng)護(hù)維修工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, many bridge safety accidents have occurred due to quality defects, overloading of vehicles, flood and torrential rain, years of disrepair and inadequate management and maintenance.The technical condition of the bridge structure is evaluated by periodic inspection, and the dynamic and static load tests are carried out on the bridge structure according to the test results, and the load-carrying capacity of the weak part found in the detection is tested and evaluated.Early detection of hidden dangers to structural safety plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of bridge structures.The bridge dynamic and static load test is a scientific test work for the bridge structure, which is the most direct and effective method and means to evaluate the bridge quality, especially for the cable-stayed bridge.Performance evaluation of complex high order statically indeterminate bridges such as suspension bridges.According to the structural characteristics of cable-stayed bridge, this paper establishes the calculation model of Lijia-Saudi Bridge by finite element software, formulates its dynamic and static load test scheme, analyzes the test data of static and static load test, and judges the actual working state of the bridge structure.The research includes:1 summarize the basic theory of static and dynamic load test of long span bridge;(2) the structural characteristics and calculation method of cable-stayed bridge are expounded. The calculation models of single and double main beams of Lijiazat Bridge are established by using finite element software MIDAS/Civil, and the static and dynamic analysis of the real bridge is carried out.The effects of each control section under the action of design load and experimental load and the modes of the bridge are obtained, and the differences between the results of the two models are compared.(3) through static load test, the strain and displacement of the control section of the bridge under various working conditions are measured, and compared with the theoretical calculation value, the mechanical performance of the bridge structure under static load is evaluated whether or not it meets the design requirements.(4) through pulsating test, obstacle test and barrier-free sports car test, the natural frequency, damping ratio, mode shape and dynamic coefficient of the bridge structure are tested, and the stiffness of the bridge and the ability to bear dynamic load are analyzed and evaluated.(5) Comprehensive evaluation of the actual performance of the bridge structure provides scientific basis for the completion acceptance of the bridge and the maintenance and repair of the bridge in the future.
