港珠澳大橋正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞特性研究

【摘要】:由結(jié)構(gòu)體系和受力特性共同決定,疲勞問題是正交異性鋼橋面板應(yīng)用和發(fā)展所面臨的重要課題。以典型的正交異性橋面板鋼箱梁橋——港珠澳大橋為研究對象,通過足尺試件模型對5類重要的正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞易損部位進(jìn)行試驗和理論研究。選取最易發(fā)生疲勞損傷的梁段作為模型設(shè)計的依據(jù),針對各關(guān)鍵疲勞易損部位設(shè)計4組共8個足尺疲勞試件模型;對設(shè)計壽命期內(nèi)各疲勞易損部位的疲勞特性進(jìn)行試驗驗證,在此基礎(chǔ)上選取典型疲勞易損部位進(jìn)行疲勞損傷及疲勞性能試驗,建立基于理論模型和彈塑性斷裂力學(xué)的疲勞損傷裂紋擴(kuò)展模擬方法。研究結(jié)果表明:港珠澳大橋正交異性鋼橋面板的疲勞性能滿足設(shè)計要求;正交異性鋼橋面板疲勞易損部位的疲勞性能存在較大差異;疲勞裂紋附近區(qū)域的應(yīng)力分布隨裂紋的擴(kuò)展而不斷發(fā)生改變,可據(jù)此判別裂紋的萌生并監(jiān)測其擴(kuò)展;所提出的方法適用于待研究疲勞易損部位的疲勞壽命評估。
[Abstract]:Fatigue problem is an important subject for the application and development of orthotropic steel bridge panel. Taking the typical orthotropic deck steel box girder bridge, Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, as the research object, five important orthotropic steel bridge slabs are tested and theoretically studied by full-scale specimen model. Four groups of 8 full-scale fatigue specimen models were designed according to the key fatigue vulnerable parts of the beam segment which is the most vulnerable to fatigue damage as the basis of the model design. The fatigue characteristics of various fatigue vulnerable parts during the design life are tested and verified. On this basis, the fatigue damage and fatigue performance tests of typical fatigue vulnerable parts are carried out. A simulation method of fatigue damage crack propagation based on theoretical model and elastoplastic fracture mechanics is established. The results show that the fatigue performance of orthotropic steel bridge slab of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge can meet the design requirements, and the fatigue performance of orthotropic steel bridge face slab is different from that of orthotropic steel bridge slab. The stress distribution in the region near the fatigue crack changes with the crack propagation, which can be used to judge the crack initiation and monitor its propagation. The proposed method is suitable for the fatigue life evaluation of the fatigue vulnerable site under study.
