結合HIL的盾構機虛擬訓練系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著虛擬現(xiàn)實技術的快速發(fā)展,,各類虛擬訓練系統(tǒng)被廣泛應用于生產實踐,發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。相比較傳統(tǒng)的訓練模擬系統(tǒng),虛擬訓練系統(tǒng)具有投資小,效率高,可操作性好等特點。訓練操作員可以不受時間、場地、氣候等因素的影響,有效地提高了訓練效率,節(jié)約了成本。 盾構機是一種大型設備,造價十分昂貴,使用成本也非常高。如果使用真實的盾構機對操作手進行培訓的話成本會非常的高。本文研究完成一個結合HIL盾構機虛擬訓練系統(tǒng),采用虛擬訓練系統(tǒng)可以幫助盾構機操作員快速了解盾構機的結構和各組成部分的工作原理,實現(xiàn)盾構機操作員的虛擬訓練功能。 首先,設計實現(xiàn)了盾構機虛擬訓練系統(tǒng)。采用.NET作為開發(fā)平臺設計實現(xiàn)操作員的訓練操作平臺,基于UNITY3D完成盾構機的虛擬展示界面,采用SOCKET通信實現(xiàn)了操作平臺和UNITY3D的網絡通訊,完整實現(xiàn)了一個盾構機虛擬操作系統(tǒng)。 然后,完成了外置控制器和虛擬訓練系統(tǒng)的半物理仿真系統(tǒng),采用虛擬串口的方式實現(xiàn)PC機和控制器的通訊過程。 最后,設計了基于STM32控制器的盾構機傳感器調理電路,完成了一個傳感器信號采集通道和調理電路的測試工作。實現(xiàn)了采用PWM驅動電機的設計。 本文以UNITY3D作為三維虛擬展示平臺,采用.NET和STM32控制器設計了比較完善的結合HIL的盾構機虛擬訓練系統(tǒng),采用該虛擬訓練系統(tǒng)可以有效地實現(xiàn)對操作員的訓練功能,有效地提高了操作員的訓練效率,節(jié)約了訓練成本。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of virtual reality technology, all kinds of virtual training systems are widely used in production practice and play a more and more important role. Compared with the traditional training simulation system, virtual training system has the characteristics of low investment, high efficiency and good maneuverability. The training operator can not be affected by time, venue, climate and so on, which can effectively improve the training efficiency and save the cost. Shield machine is a kind of large equipment, which is very expensive and very expensive to use. Training operators with real shield machines can be very costly. In this paper, a virtual training system combined with HIL shield machine is developed. The virtual training system can help the shield machine operator quickly understand the structure of the shield machine and the working principle of each component, and realize the virtual training function of the shield machine operator. Firstly, the virtual training system of shield machine is designed and implemented. Using .NET as the development platform, the operator training and operation platform is designed and implemented. The virtual display interface of shield machine is completed based on UNITY3D, and the network communication between the operation platform and UNITY3D is realized by using SOCKET communication. Complete implementation of a shield machine virtual operating system. Then, the semi-physical simulation system of the external controller and the virtual training system is completed, and the communication process between the PC computer and the controller is realized by the way of virtual serial port. Finally, the sensor conditioning circuit of shield machine based on STM32 controller is designed, and the testing work of a sensor signal acquisition channel and conditioning circuit is completed. The design of motor driven by PWM is realized. In this paper, using UNITY3D as 3D virtual display platform and using .NET and STM32 controller to design a perfect virtual training system of shield machine combined with HIL, the virtual training system can effectively realize the training function of operator. The operator training efficiency is improved effectively and the training cost is saved.
