基于SCM思想的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度與庫(kù)存控制仿真研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)加入WTO已經(jīng)十年有余,其融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的步伐進(jìn)一步加快,市場(chǎng)前景一片光明。但同時(shí)面對(duì)復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)需求,面臨的挑戰(zhàn)也日益嚴(yán)峻。國(guó)內(nèi)制造業(yè)雖然有高新技術(shù)的支持、雄厚的資金保障,但總的說(shuō)來(lái)創(chuàng)造的綜合效益不高。面對(duì)這樣一個(gè)國(guó)際化、動(dòng)態(tài)化的市場(chǎng),采用先進(jìn)的供應(yīng)鏈管理(SCM)模式能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)企業(yè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)做出快速響應(yīng)和及時(shí)調(diào)整的要求,優(yōu)化其生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作過(guò)程,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,這是國(guó)內(nèi)制造企業(yè)發(fā)展變革的方向與趨勢(shì)。 本文根據(jù)某醫(yī)療器械制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作過(guò)程的實(shí)際情況展開(kāi)研究,重點(diǎn)研究了供應(yīng)鏈管理(SCM)下企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作過(guò)程中生產(chǎn)調(diào)度及庫(kù)存控制兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。利用Plant Simulation建立了這兩類問(wèn)題的仿真模型,通過(guò)仿真分析得到了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案。本文完成的研究工作如下: (1)基于供應(yīng)鏈管理的思想對(duì)核磁共振儀制造過(guò)程特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析研究,確定調(diào)度問(wèn)題的類型及描述方法,提出了生產(chǎn)調(diào)度問(wèn)題的數(shù)學(xué)模型及調(diào)度的目標(biāo)函數(shù);在仿真軟件Plant Simulation中建立了調(diào)度問(wèn)題的層式結(jié)構(gòu)仿真模型,運(yùn)用遺傳算法對(duì)調(diào)度問(wèn)題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解,得到了優(yōu)化的調(diào)度方案。 (2)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的庫(kù)存成本結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,,提出了基于供應(yīng)鏈管理思想的企業(yè)庫(kù)存控制數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過(guò)定義采購(gòu)成本將采購(gòu)管理與庫(kù)存控制聯(lián)系起來(lái),并通過(guò)仿真對(duì)比選擇不同供應(yīng)商時(shí)的庫(kù)存成本,得到采購(gòu)優(yōu)化方案。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,總結(jié)了影響庫(kù)存成本的可變參數(shù),并對(duì)這些因素進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)析因分析明確了相應(yīng)因素對(duì)庫(kù)存成本的影響程度,得到了優(yōu)化的庫(kù)存控制參數(shù)。 (3)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理思想下的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作模式進(jìn)行探究,對(duì)準(zhǔn)時(shí)生產(chǎn)制生產(chǎn)方式的進(jìn)行了深入研究,闡述了看板控制系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制。運(yùn)用仿真軟件的Kanban控制對(duì)象,建立了核磁共振儀制造過(guò)程的看板控制系統(tǒng)模型。仿真結(jié)果顯示,運(yùn)用Kanban工具的無(wú)庫(kù)存生產(chǎn)方式,大大降低了在制品庫(kù)存水平。
[Abstract]:China joined WTO has more than ten years, its integration into the world economy to further accelerate the pace of the market has a bright future. But at the same time, facing the complicated and changeable market demand, the challenge has become more serious. Although the domestic manufacturing technology support, strong financial support, but generally not to create comprehensive benefits high. In the face of such an international, dynamic market, using the advanced supply chain management (SCM) model can realize the enterprise to make rapid response and timely adjustment of the requirements of the market, optimize the production process, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, which is the domestic manufacturing enterprise development direction and trend.
According to the actual situation of production and operation process of the enterprise of a medical device manufacturing research, focus on the supply chain management (SCM) production scheduling and inventory control of two key links in the process of production and operation of enterprise. Established the simulation model of the two kinds of problems by using Plant Simulation, through the simulation analysis, obtained the corresponding optimization scheme the research work of this paper is as follows:
(1) analyze the supply chain management of manufacturing process based on NMR characteristics, determine the type and description method of scheduling problem, the objective function of mathematical model and scheduling of production scheduling problem is put forward; in the simulation software Plant in Simulation layer structure simulation model of scheduling problem is established by using the genetic algorithm for solving the scheduling problem, optimized scheduling scheme is obtained.
(2) the inventory cost structure of products were analyzed, put forward the mathematical model of supply chain management based on enterprise inventory control. By defining the purchasing cost of procurement management and inventory control together, and through the simulation comparison different suppliers inventory cost, purchasing optimization scheme. On this basis, summarizes the influence the variable parameters of the inventory cost, and experimental design of these factors, through the factorial analysis defined the corresponding factors on the cost of inventory, the inventory control parameters optimization.
(3) the production and operation mode of supply chain management to explore, in-depth study of JIT production mode is carried out, expounds the operation mechanism of Kanban control system. Kanban control by simulation software, set up Kanban NMR instrument manufacturing process control system model. The simulation results show that no stock production using Kanban tools, greatly reducing the inventory level.
