廢油再生裝備冷凝渦旋壓縮機(jī)型線形狀變化規(guī)律及仿真研究

【摘要】:能源問題是現(xiàn)今各個(gè)國(guó)家的主要問題之一。節(jié)約油資源也是當(dāng)今社會(huì)主要考慮的問題之一。渦旋壓縮機(jī)是一種新型的容器式壓縮機(jī),由于在性能與結(jié)構(gòu)上的諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域越來越廣泛,并在制冷與空調(diào)、泵送液體、增壓氣體等方面已獲得工業(yè)化應(yīng)用。渦旋式壓縮機(jī)性能的決定因素是渦旋型線的設(shè)計(jì)理論,這也一直是各國(guó)學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn)。 本文首先對(duì)渦旋壓縮機(jī)的幾何理論進(jìn)行研究。提出基于泛函的通用渦旋型線由幾何共扼型線構(gòu)成,根據(jù)平面曲線弧微分固有方程理論和Taylor級(jí)數(shù)思想,任意函數(shù)曲線的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式都可以將其展開為切向角參數(shù)φ的級(jí)數(shù)的弧函數(shù)形式。并推演出基于泛函的通用渦旋型線的幾何理論,平面共軛理論;在笛卡爾坐標(biāo)下得出其坐標(biāo)表征;并給出算例予以說明。 對(duì)通用渦旋型線變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究。以泛函的分析理論、級(jí)數(shù)思想為基礎(chǔ),利用基于泛函的通用渦旋型線的幾何理論,以壓縮比為目標(biāo)函數(shù),得出基于泛函的通用渦旋型線變化規(guī)律及收斂級(jí)數(shù)。知級(jí)數(shù)項(xiàng)k值大于3時(shí)為變壁厚的渦旋型線,公轉(zhuǎn)半徑Ror大盤直徑D型線圈數(shù)N與k值是壓縮比主要影響因素,建立收斂級(jí)數(shù)最佳的渦旋型線模型,利用基于MATLAB的遺傳算法,優(yōu)化出在給定條件下的最佳目標(biāo)值,并給出最佳渦旋型線方程。 以基于泛函通用渦旋型線構(gòu)成的變壁厚渦旋盤為研究對(duì)象,建立了以能效比為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化模型,分析了渦旋壓縮機(jī)壓縮過程中的由排氣容積變化而引起的熱能變化以及能效比變化。以能效比為目標(biāo)函數(shù)、渦旋盤結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)以及型線方程為變量,利用遺傳算法得到能效比最優(yōu)化時(shí)的變量,得出了形狀性態(tài)良好的渦旋型線。 對(duì)通用渦旋型線壓縮機(jī)建模仿真及動(dòng)渦盤進(jìn)行有限元分析。研究了通用渦旋型線集成型線渦旋壓縮機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真的建;A(chǔ),利用MATLAB軟件得到了關(guān)于切向角參數(shù)系列點(diǎn)列,利用PRO/ENGINEER軟件來生成動(dòng)、靜渦旋型線和動(dòng)、靜渦旋盤。根據(jù)渦旋壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu),建立了通用渦旋型線集成型線渦旋壓縮機(jī)的動(dòng)態(tài)仿真模型。并對(duì)通用渦旋型線集成型線壓縮機(jī)的動(dòng)渦盤進(jìn)行了有限元分析,得出了在運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)及氣體力作用下的受力情況。
[Abstract]:Energy problem is one of the main problems in every country nowadays. Saving oil resources is also one of the main problems to be considered in the society today. Scroll compressor is a new type of container compressor. Because of its many advantages in performance and structure, its application field is more and more extensive, and has been applied in refrigeration and air conditioning, pumping liquid, pressurized gas and so on. The design theory of vortex profile is the decisive factor of the performance of scroll compressor, which has always been a hot research topic of scholars all over the world. Firstly, the geometric theory of scroll compressor is studied in this paper. A general vortex line based on functional is proposed, which is composed of geometric conjugate lines. According to the theory of plane curve arc differential inherent equation and Taylor series thought, The mathematical expression of any function curve can be expanded into the arc function form of the series of tangential angle parameter 蠁. The geometric theory of the general vortex line based on functional, the plane conjugate theory, the representation of the coordinates in Cartesian coordinates are derived, and an example is given to illustrate this theory. The variation law of general vortex profile is studied. Based on the theory of functional analysis and the thought of series, using the geometric theory of the general vortex profile based on functional and taking the compression ratio as the objective function, the variation law and convergent series of the general vortex line based on functional are obtained. It is known that the series term k > 3 is a vortex line with variable wall thickness, and the number of D type coils N and k are the main factors affecting the compression ratio. The optimal vortex line model of convergent series is established, and the genetic algorithm based on MATLAB is used. The optimal target value under given conditions is optimized and the optimal vortex curve equation is given. A structural parameter optimization model with energy efficiency ratio (EER) as the objective function is established based on the variable wall thickness vortex disk based on functional general vortex profile. The change of heat energy and energy efficiency ratio caused by the change of exhaust volume in the compression process of scroll compressor is analyzed. With the energy efficiency ratio as the objective function, the vortex disk structure parameters and the shape line equation as the variables, the genetic algorithm is used to obtain the variables when the energy efficiency ratio is optimized, and the vortex curve with good shape is obtained. The modeling and simulation of the general scroll line compressor and the finite element analysis of the moving vortex disc are carried out. In this paper, the modeling foundation of general vortex line integrated line scroll compressor motion simulation is studied. A series of points about tangential angle parameters are obtained by using MATLAB software, and the moving and static vortex lines and moving and static vortex disks are generated by PRO/ ENGINEER software. According to the moving structure of scroll compressor, the dynamic simulation model of general vortex line integrated scroll compressor is established. The finite element analysis of the moving vortex disk of the general vortex line integrated line compressor is carried out, and the force situation under the action of the moving state and the gas force is obtained.
