化工專用控制閥關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與高性能系列控制閥研制

【摘要】:本課題是企業(yè)根據(jù)市場對控制閥產(chǎn)品的換代需求而進(jìn)行的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目,要求產(chǎn)品達(dá)到或超過國外同類產(chǎn)品的性能水平。考慮到在化工領(lǐng)域的各種特殊需求與控制閥產(chǎn)品所對應(yīng)的性能指標(biāo),綜合應(yīng)用機(jī)械、力學(xué)、物理、材料等多門學(xué)科的理論與方法,以及企業(yè)多年對控制閥產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),并且針對不同的具體工況采用不同的解決方法,從而設(shè)計(jì)并制造出不同規(guī)格型號的具有較高性能的控制閥產(chǎn)品,形成化工專用高性能系列控制閥產(chǎn)品。 本文首先介紹控制閥在化工領(lǐng)域的基本應(yīng)用,指出在化工領(lǐng)域不同工況下對控制閥的基本要求是泄漏量等級高,流通能力大,流量特性理想,基本誤差低,操作穩(wěn)定,拆驗(yàn)便捷等。針對這些性能需求,結(jié)合控制閥的選型和計(jì)算,本文對影響控制閥性能的多種因素進(jìn)行了深入分析和必要的試驗(yàn)研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出對控制閥結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),并通過樣機(jī)試制,流量實(shí)驗(yàn)以及現(xiàn)場試運(yùn)行等手段,驗(yàn)證了新一代控制閥產(chǎn)品的有效性、可行性和高性能。 通過客戶反饋可知,該產(chǎn)品完全達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo),性能完善且工作可靠,性能與價格比符合我國儀器儀表行業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,具有良好的市場潛力和推廣應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:This subject is a product research and development project according to the market demand of the control valve products, which requires the products to reach or exceed the performance level of the same kind of foreign products. Considering all kinds of special requirements in the field of chemical engineering and the performance indexes corresponding to the control valve products, the theories and methods of integrated application of various disciplines, such as machinery, mechanics, physics, materials, etc., as well as the design of control valve products for many years by enterprises, Production experience, and different solutions to different specific conditions, so as to design and manufacture different specifications of the control valve products with higher performance, forming a special series of high performance control valve products for chemical industry. This paper first introduces the basic application of control valve in chemical engineering field, and points out that the basic requirements of control valve under different working conditions in chemical field are high leakage level, large circulation capacity, ideal flow characteristic, low basic error and stable operation. Easy to disassemble and inspect, etc. According to these performance requirements and combined with the selection and calculation of the control valve, this paper makes a thorough analysis and necessary experimental study on various factors that affect the performance of the control valve, and then puts forward the improved design of the control valve structure. The validity, feasibility and high performance of the new generation control valve products are verified by means of prototype trial production, flow test and field trial operation. According to customer feedback, the product has achieved the expected goal, perfect performance and reliable work, the ratio of performance to price is in line with the actual situation of our country's instrument and instrument industry, and has good market potential and application value.
