造船門式起重機(jī)虛擬樣機(jī)快速定制及評價(jià)研究

【摘要】:造船門式起重機(jī)是工作在造船廠的船塢或船臺(tái)上的專用起重設(shè)備,隨著我國造船業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,各船場對造船用門式起重機(jī)需求不斷擴(kuò)大,并朝著大型化、輕型化、高速化、自動(dòng)化和智能化的方面快速發(fā)展。鑒于目前起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的滯后性,如何提高造船用門式起重機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)水平和設(shè)計(jì)效率,對提升企業(yè)競爭力顯得尤為重要。 本文在造船門式起重機(jī)模塊化基礎(chǔ)上,采用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷?綜合運(yùn)用混合推理模式、參數(shù)化變型設(shè)計(jì)、虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù),研發(fā)了一套造船門式起重機(jī)虛擬樣機(jī)快速定制與評價(jià)系統(tǒng)。 論文主要研究工作如下: 1、建立造船門式起重機(jī)模塊化體系:采用側(cè)重于功能的劃分方法,整機(jī)劃分為6大一級基型模塊和若干級二級基型模塊,并建立基于模塊矩陣的模塊規(guī)劃模型。 2、采用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷?建立造船門式起重機(jī)的快速定制設(shè)計(jì)子系統(tǒng):采用混合推理模式,將基于規(guī)則的推理和基于實(shí)例的推理交替運(yùn)作,交叉應(yīng)用它們的信息和結(jié)果形成初步設(shè)計(jì)方案;基于造船門式起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí),自動(dòng)校核初步設(shè)計(jì)方案;采用整體控制局部的參數(shù)化變型設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過Solid Works二次開發(fā)API函數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)各零部件間接口參數(shù)的自動(dòng)獲取,完成造船門式起重機(jī)各個(gè)零部件的快速建模及自動(dòng)裝配。 3、鑒于虛擬樣機(jī)仿真的優(yōu)越性,建立造船門式起重機(jī)樣機(jī)評價(jià)子系統(tǒng):研究起重機(jī)不同工況下動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,為ADAMS仿真分析提供理論依據(jù);基于快速定制設(shè)計(jì)生成的三維實(shí)體模型,建立能夠反映造船門式起重機(jī)整機(jī)真實(shí)工作狀況的虛擬樣機(jī);結(jié)合ADAMS編程,添加驅(qū)動(dòng)函數(shù)與腳本仿真控制函數(shù),仿真造船門式起重機(jī)各個(gè)工況;分析各個(gè)工況相應(yīng)曲線圖,評價(jià)造船門式起重機(jī)整機(jī)穩(wěn)定性、靜力學(xué)特性、動(dòng)力學(xué)特性,驗(yàn)證設(shè)計(jì)正確性。 本文研發(fā)的系統(tǒng)從集成的角度出發(fā),將樣機(jī)評價(jià)和快速定制設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用于造船門式起重機(jī),形成閉環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),對提高造船門式起重機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)水平和設(shè)計(jì)效率具有一定意義:快速定制設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),避免了重復(fù)設(shè)計(jì),提高了設(shè)計(jì)效率;樣機(jī)評價(jià)系統(tǒng),驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)的正確及合理性;評價(jià)結(jié)果和設(shè)計(jì)過程相互結(jié)合,及時(shí)引導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)人員修改設(shè)計(jì),可較好地滿足實(shí)際應(yīng)用的需求。
[Abstract]:Shipbuilding gantry crane is a kind of special lifting equipment working on dock or berth of shipyard. With the rapid development of shipbuilding industry in our country, the demand for gantry crane for shipbuilding in each shipyard is expanding constantly, and it is becoming larger, lighter and faster. Automation and intelligence are growing rapidly. In view of the lag of crane design, how to improve the design level and design efficiency of gantry crane for shipbuilding is particularly important to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. On the basis of modularization of shipbuilding gantry crane, this paper adopts object oriented thought, synthetically uses mixed reasoning mode, parameterized variant design, virtual prototyping technology. A set of rapid customization and evaluation system for shipbuilding gantry crane virtual prototype is developed. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1. The modular system of shipbuilding gantry crane is established. The whole machine is divided into six basic modules and two basic modules. The module planning model based on the module matrix is established. 2. The rapid customization design subsystem of shipbuilding gantry crane is established by using the idea of object oriented. The rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning are alternately operated to cross-apply their information and results to form a preliminary design scheme, and based on the design knowledge of shipbuilding gantry cranes, the preliminary design scheme is automatically checked. The parametric variant design method of integral control is adopted, and the API function is developed twice by Solid Works, which realizes the automatic acquisition of interface parameters between parts and components. In view of the superiority of virtual prototype simulation, the evaluation subsystem of shipbuilding gantry crane prototype is established. The dynamic model of crane under different working conditions is studied. It provides the theoretical basis for ADAMS simulation analysis, based on the 3D solid model generated by rapid customization design, establishes the virtual prototype which can reflect the real working condition of shipbuilding gantry crane, and combines with ADAMS programming, The driving function and script simulation control function are added to simulate the various working conditions of shipbuilding gantry crane, and the corresponding curves of each condition are analyzed to evaluate the stability, static and dynamic characteristics of shipbuilding gantry crane, and verify the correctness of the design. From the perspective of integration, the system developed in this paper applies prototype evaluation and rapid customization design to shipbuilding gantry cranes to form a closed-loop design system. It has certain significance to improve the design level and design efficiency of shipbuilding gantry crane: rapid customization design system avoids repeated design and improves design efficiency, prototype evaluation system verifies the correctness and reasonableness of design; The combination of the evaluation result and the design process can lead the designer to modify the design in time, which can meet the needs of practical application.
