【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放的發(fā)展，人民生活水平、質(zhì)量、生活環(huán)境得以大幅度改善，人民日常文化生活的形式和內(nèi)容日益多樣化，以往對(duì)現(xiàn)代化的追求，現(xiàn)在很大程度上成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。同時(shí)我國(guó)體制處于計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中，新的利益格局尚未形成。社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生深刻變動(dòng)，社會(huì)處于轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，社會(huì)矛盾沖突不斷，影響著和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)。在急劇變遷的過(guò)程中，每個(gè)人內(nèi)心世界、理想、信念都得到巨大沖擊和改變。每個(gè)人在被動(dòng)或主動(dòng)地調(diào)整心態(tài)和行為，以適應(yīng)快速變化的社會(huì)。在此過(guò)程中，心態(tài)失衡、心理失常、行為失范而導(dǎo)致的群體事件頻發(fā)，成為和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的不和諧聲音，讓國(guó)家為之付出高昂的社會(huì)成本。如何預(yù)防群體事件的發(fā)生，將不和諧行為遏制在萌芽狀態(tài)，如何使人們保持和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)，成為人們關(guān)注的核心問(wèn)題。 2010年黨的十七屆中央委員會(huì)第五次全體會(huì)議，，根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的新發(fā)展變化，通過(guò)《中共中央關(guān)于制定國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十二個(gè)五年規(guī)劃的建議》綱要明確提出：“培育奮發(fā)進(jìn)取、理性平和、開(kāi)放包容的社會(huì)心態(tài)”。表明我黨對(duì)于培育和引導(dǎo)人們?nèi)罕姳３纸】瞪鐣?huì)心態(tài)的高度重視，也為我們科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)提供了重要的理論支撐。社會(huì)心態(tài)理論與實(shí)踐研究是關(guān)于社會(huì)學(xué)和心理學(xué)進(jìn)行細(xì)化后相互結(jié)合后的領(lǐng)域。因此，用馬克思主義的觀點(diǎn)、立場(chǎng)和方法為指導(dǎo)，在吸取當(dāng)代西方學(xué)者研究社會(huì)心態(tài)成果的同時(shí)，糅合進(jìn)中國(guó)學(xué)者關(guān)于社會(huì)心態(tài)最新理論觀點(diǎn)，使和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)能用來(lái)指導(dǎo)我們構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)。所以，和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)概念的提出既為和諧社會(huì)與心理學(xué)理論研究指明了新的方向，具有重要的理論價(jià)值，又為推進(jìn)和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的進(jìn)程，實(shí)現(xiàn)構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的宏偉目標(biāo)，具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文主要分為四部分內(nèi)容： 在引言部分主要概述了本論文選題的背景及選題意義、相關(guān)問(wèn)題研究現(xiàn)狀，論文的寫(xiě)作思路、研究方法以及論文的創(chuàng)新和不足之處。 第一部分主要是界定心態(tài)、社會(huì)心態(tài)、和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)、馬克思主義和諧社會(huì)觀、社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)理論的內(nèi)涵，以及和諧社會(huì)與和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)關(guān)系展開(kāi)論述。主要是從和諧社會(huì)對(duì)和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)形成作用，和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)對(duì)和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建作用兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行具體論述。這一部分主要是為論文整體做鋪墊，在概念明晰的基礎(chǔ)上展開(kāi)深入研究。 第二部分主要是當(dāng)前我國(guó)社會(huì)不和諧現(xiàn)象及其對(duì)社會(huì)心態(tài)的影響。這一部分主要是發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，探索在我國(guó)和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)中由于不和諧現(xiàn)象而對(duì)社會(huì)心態(tài)的影響。論文主要從政治領(lǐng)域中不和諧社會(huì)現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致公民對(duì)政治參與熱情的下降、對(duì)政府產(chǎn)生信仰危機(jī)以及公民產(chǎn)生仇官心態(tài)進(jìn)行分析；經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域中是從不和諧社會(huì)現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致公民仇富心態(tài)、公民浮躁心態(tài)以及攀比心態(tài)產(chǎn)生分析；文化領(lǐng)域中是從不和諧現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致公民不安全感、偏愛(ài)負(fù)面信息以及文化信仰危機(jī)缺失產(chǎn)生分析；社會(huì)發(fā)展的領(lǐng)域是從不和諧現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致公民懷舊心態(tài)、公民極端化心態(tài)以及公民冷漠心態(tài)產(chǎn)生進(jìn)行深入的分析。這一部分主要論述不和諧現(xiàn)象對(duì)于社會(huì)心態(tài)的消極影響，為下面問(wèn)題的解決、對(duì)策的提出奠定基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分主要是探析了和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)建設(shè)的路徑問(wèn)題。論文對(duì)此作了具體的對(duì)策分析。主要是從培育健康心態(tài)方面：普及積極心態(tài)教育、建立社會(huì)心態(tài)預(yù)警機(jī)制、改善社會(huì)心態(tài)環(huán)境；從完善社會(huì)公平方面：完善法律制度為公平提供法律保障、堅(jiān)持和完善社會(huì)主義分配制度；從和諧文化氛圍建設(shè)方面：加強(qiáng)社會(huì)化教育，培育個(gè)體文化認(rèn)同觀念、加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)社會(huì)思潮、加強(qiáng)民族文化認(rèn)同，應(yīng)對(duì)世界多元文化挑戰(zhàn)；從建立暢通利益訴求渠道方面：健全利益訴求機(jī)制、完善利益調(diào)解機(jī)制、健全和完善各種社會(huì)保障體系。 論文一直遵循提出問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的思路，對(duì)和諧社會(huì)心態(tài)解決我國(guó)構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)中出現(xiàn)不和諧問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入探索，目的是為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)提供理論支撐。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's reform and opening up, the people's living standard, quality and living environment have been greatly improved, the forms and contents of people's daily cultural life are increasingly diversified. The past pursuit of modernization has become a reality to a great extent. At the same time, the system of our country is in the process of planning the transition from economy to market economy, and the new pattern of interest. It has not yet been formed. The social structure has undergone profound changes, the society is in the transition period, the social contradictions and conflicts continue to affect the construction of a harmonious society. In the process of rapid change, everyone's inner world, ideals and beliefs have been greatly impacted and changed. In this process, in the process, the group events caused by unbalance of mind, mental disorder and misconduct are frequent, the disharmonious sound of harmonious social construction and the high social cost of the state. How to prevent the occurrence of group events, keep the disharmonious behavior in the bud, and how to make people maintain a harmonious social mentality and become people The core issue of our attention.
In 2010, the Fifth Plenary Session of the seventeen Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, according to the new development and changes of economy and society, made clear that the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China had made clear that "cultivating and making enterprising, rational and open and inclusive social mentality" through the outline of the proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on formulating the Twelfth Five Year Plan of national economy and social development. The importance of cultivating and guiding people to maintain a healthy social mentality also provides an important theoretical support for our scientific understanding of a harmonious social state of mind. The theory of social psychology and the study of practice are the field after the refinement of sociology and psychology after the refinement of each other. Therefore, it is guided by the viewpoint of Marx doctrine, position and method. At the same time, while absorbing the achievements of the contemporary western scholars to study the social psychology, we combine the Chinese scholars with the latest theoretical views on social psychology and make the harmonious social mentality guide us to construct a socialist harmonious society. Therefore, the concept of a harmonious social mentality has not only pointed out a new direction for the study of harmonious society and psychology. It has important theoretical value and is of great practical significance for promoting the process of building a harmonious society and achieving the grand goal of building a harmonious socialist society.
The thesis is divided into four parts:
In the introduction, it mainly outlines the background and significance of the topic, the research status of related issues, the thinking of writing, the method of research, and the innovation and deficiency of the thesis.
The first part is to define the state of mind, the social mentality, the harmonious social mentality, the harmonious social view of Marx, the connotation of the socialist harmonious society and the relationship between the harmonious society and the harmonious social mentality. The main part is the effect of the harmonious society on the harmonious social state of mind, and the construction of a harmonious social state of mind to a harmonious society. Two aspects are discussed in detail. This part mainly lays the groundwork for the whole thesis, and conducts in-depth research on the basis of clear concept.
The second part is mainly the social disharmony in our country and its influence on the social mentality. This part is mainly to find out the problems and explore the influence of the disharmony on the social mentality in the construction of the harmonious society in our country. An analysis is made of the belief crisis of the government and the mentality of the civil avenging officials. In the economic field, the unharmonious social phenomenon leads to the citizen's hatred of the rich, the impetuous mentality of citizens and the analysis of the psychology of comparison. In the field of culture, the unharmonious phenomenon leads to the insecurity of the citizens, the preference for negative information and the lack of cultural belief crisis. In the field of social development, the field of social development is an in-depth analysis of the nostalgia of the citizens, the extreme mentality of citizens and the indifference mentality of citizens. This part mainly discusses the negative effects of disharmony on the social mentality, and lays the foundation for the solution of the following problems and the proposal of the countermeasures.
The third part mainly analyzes the path of the construction of a harmonious social state of mind. This paper makes a specific analysis of this, mainly from the cultivation of health mentality: popularize the positive mentality education, establish the early warning mechanism of social mentality, improve the social psychology environment, improve the social square surface: improve the legal system for the fair provision of law Law guarantee, adhere to and perfect the socialist distribution system; from the construction of a harmonious cultural atmosphere: strengthening social education, cultivating individual cultural identity, strengthening the socialist core value system to lead the social trend of thought, strengthening national cultural identity, coping with the world's multicultural challenges; from the establishment of a smooth channel of interest demands: Health The mechanism of full benefit appeal, improve the interest mediation mechanism, and improve and improve various social security systems.
The thesis has always followed the questions, the analysis of the problem, the solution of the problem, the harmonious social mentality to solve the problem of building a harmonious socialist society in China, in order to provide theoretical support for the construction of socialist harmonious society in China.
