【摘要】：當(dāng)前中國(guó)，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，文化形態(tài)，價(jià)值觀念等發(fā)生了深刻的變化。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和社會(huì)意識(shí)形態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)型，許多以前不被人注意的問(wèn)題逐漸暴露出來(lái)。一些企業(yè)只注重自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益，而不顧及社會(huì)利益、群體利益，做出了一些違背商業(yè)倫理的行為，甚至觸犯了法律。如在企業(yè)內(nèi)部，企業(yè)勞動(dòng)環(huán)境惡劣，缺乏勞動(dòng)保障措施，員工工資福利得不到保障。在企業(yè)生產(chǎn)方面，假冒偽劣產(chǎn)品層出不窮，環(huán)境保護(hù)意識(shí)淡薄，環(huán)境污染現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重。在產(chǎn)品銷售過(guò)程中，虛假?gòu)V告欺騙消費(fèi)者。這些行為的存在，，不僅影響了和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建，同時(shí)企業(yè)最終也會(huì)失去市場(chǎng)，失去社會(huì)的支持。同時(shí)在這樣一個(gè)充滿商業(yè)倫理問(wèn)題的商業(yè)社會(huì)中，企業(yè)的發(fā)展勢(shì)必受到影響。商業(yè)倫理問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)普遍關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。如何在各種利益和道德之間找尋平衡點(diǎn)成為時(shí)下的一個(gè)難題。 商業(yè)倫理的研究在一些西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已經(jīng)達(dá)到了比較高的水準(zhǔn)，我國(guó)商業(yè)倫理研究借鑒和吸收了許多西方思想。馬克思認(rèn)為道德的基礎(chǔ)源于一定社會(huì)的、物質(zhì)的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系，道德理論和道德觀念必然是隨著不同社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的變化，而相應(yīng)地變化和發(fā)展的。那么建立在資本主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)下的商業(yè)倫理道德是否適用于社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制，也就成了一個(gè)疑問(wèn)。本文從馬克思倫理思想的角度分析我國(guó)的商業(yè)倫理問(wèn)題，吸收適用于我國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況的西方商業(yè)倫理精神，結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況，試圖在馬克思倫理思想的指導(dǎo)下找出適合我國(guó)的商業(yè)倫理精神建設(shè)途徑。 本文共分五章： 本文第一章為緒論部分，主要從商業(yè)倫理問(wèn)題提出的時(shí)代背景出發(fā)，探討在馬克思倫理思想視角下商業(yè)倫理問(wèn)題提出的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，簡(jiǎn)要介紹了商業(yè)倫理問(wèn)題在國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外的研究情況，并且提出了本文的研究方法。第二章對(duì)商業(yè)倫理理論和馬克思倫理思想進(jìn)行敘述。第三章從實(shí)際出發(fā)找出我國(guó)商業(yè)倫理的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題，通過(guò)分析得出導(dǎo)致我國(guó)商業(yè)倫理缺失現(xiàn)狀主要原因，進(jìn)而找出商業(yè)倫理缺失對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)，社會(huì)帶來(lái)的危害。第四章首先論述了我國(guó)商業(yè)建設(shè)的必要性，商業(yè)倫理精神可以確保社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行，同時(shí)也是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的內(nèi)在需要。然后主要探討了在馬克思倫理思想指導(dǎo)下我國(guó)商業(yè)倫理的建設(shè)途徑。最后為結(jié)論部分。
[Abstract]:At present, the social and economic structure, cultural forms, values and other profound changes have taken place in China. With the rapid development of economy and the transformation of social ideology, many unnoticed problems have been exposed. Some enterprises only pay attention to their own economic interests, but do not take into account the social interests, group interests, made some contrary to business ethics, and even violated the law. For example, the enterprise labor environment is poor, lack of labor security measures, employee wages and benefits can not be guaranteed. In enterprise production, fake and inferior products emerge in endlessly, environmental protection consciousness is weak, environmental pollution is serious. In the process of product sales, false advertising deceives consumers. The existence of these behaviors not only affects the construction of a harmonious society, but also loses the market and social support. At the same time, in such a commercial society full of business ethics issues, the development of enterprises is bound to be affected. Business ethics has become a common concern of the society. How to find a balance between various interests and morality has become a difficult problem. The study of business ethics has reached a relatively high level in some western developed countries. Marx believed that the foundation of morality originates from the relation of certain society, material and economy, moral theory and moral concept must change and develop correspondingly with the change of economic relation of different society. So whether the business ethics established in the capitalist market economy is applicable to the socialist market economy system has become a question. This paper analyzes the business ethics problems in our country from the angle of Marx's ethical thought, absorbs the western business ethics spirit which is applicable to the reality of our country, and combines the reality of our country. Under the guidance of Marx's ethics thought, this paper tries to find out the way of business ethics spirit construction suitable for our country. This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter of this paper is the introduction part, mainly from the background of the business ethics question put forward, discusses the theory meaning and the realistic significance of the business ethics question under the Marx ethics thought angle of view, has introduced the business ethics question in the domestic briefly. Foreign research situation, and put forward the research method of this paper. The second chapter narrates the business ethics theory and Marx's ethics thought. The third chapter finds out the existing problems of our country's business ethics from the practical point of view, and finds out the main reasons leading to the lack of business ethics in our country through the analysis, and then finds out the harm that the lack of business ethics brings to the economy and society of our country. The fourth chapter first discusses the necessity of commercial construction in China. The spirit of business ethics can ensure the smooth operation of socialist market economy, and it is also the internal need of building a harmonious socialist society. Then it mainly discusses the construction way of Chinese business ethics under the guidance of Marx's ethics thought. The last part is the conclusion.
