智力與發(fā)展性障礙領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展概述

【摘要】：最近60年來,科學(xué)發(fā)展推動(dòng)了智力障礙領(lǐng)域的快速發(fā)展。在學(xué)科推進(jìn)方面成立了國際智力與發(fā)展性障礙科學(xué)研究協(xié)會(huì)。孕前保健和遺傳學(xué)的發(fā)展使智力與發(fā)展性障礙的發(fā)生率明顯下降。技術(shù)進(jìn)步使智力障礙者交流和溝通更加便利,成功獲得了更高質(zhì)量的社區(qū)生活、融合教育和就業(yè)。早期干預(yù)的實(shí)施,提高了兒童的生活質(zhì)量,也為其家庭提供了強(qiáng)大的心理支持。由于智力障礙者更易出現(xiàn)健康問題,由此促成了多學(xué)科的診斷和治療模式。最后作者鼓勵(lì)本土研究中心和地方服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)發(fā)展緊密的伙伴關(guān)系,建議本土化的問題需要本土化的解決方法。
[Abstract]:In the last 60 years, the development of science has promoted the rapid development of the field of mental retardation. The International Association for Scientific Research on intellectual and Developmental Disorders was established in the field of discipline advancement. The incidence of mental and developmental disorders was significantly reduced by the development of prepregnancy care and genetics. Technological advances have made communication and communication easier for people with mental disabilities, resulting in higher quality community life, integrated education and employment. The implementation of early intervention improves children's quality of life and provides strong psychological support for their families. Because people with mental retardation are more prone to health problems, multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment models have been promoted. Finally, the author encourages the local research center and the local service organization to develop the close partnership, and suggests that the localization problem needs the localization solution.
