【摘要】：北宋熙豐變法中的人才培育-選任體系改革是一個以儒家經(jīng)學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),面向改革措施與政治實(shí)踐的系統(tǒng)工程,其政治學(xué)意義非常豐富。王安石以《周禮》"中人為制"的思想作為基礎(chǔ),以"開闔斂散"之術(shù)為脈絡(luò),構(gòu)建一整套造士、養(yǎng)士、任士的體系,并將其與改革進(jìn)程中的具體事任結(jié)合起來,在增效率、酬功勞的同時,也起到引導(dǎo)人心、端正風(fēng)俗的作用。這既是一次國家能力與國家治理體系建設(shè)的嘗試,也是非常典型的儒家式的"寓教于政"。
[Abstract]:The reform of talent cultivation and selection system in Xifeng Reform of Northern Song Dynasty is a systematic project based on Confucian classics and oriented to reform measures and political practice. The political significance of Wang Anshi is very rich. Wang Anshi, based on the thought of "artificial system" in "Zhou Li", and taking the "opening, closing, converging and dispersing" technique as the context, constructs a whole system of creating, supporting and appointing scholars. And combine it with the specific tasks in the process of reform, increase efficiency, pay credit, but also play the role of guiding people, correct customs, this is a national capacity and national governance system construction attempt. Is also a very typical Confucian style of "teaching in politics."

【正文快照】： 在北宋熙豐變法的研究中,人才培育與選任是一個重要課題。歷代學(xué)者頗有爭議,但多就“人才”“教育”角度切入,未注意其與當(dāng)時政治改革和國家治理的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,故于其體系性、全局性的一面把握不足。事實(shí)上,當(dāng)時執(zhí)政者有非常清晰的思路,將“立法”與“育人”相輔相成、共同推進(jìn)。
