【摘要】：洪武年間,明王朝在圍剿北元蒙古殘余勢(shì)力的同時(shí),逐步構(gòu)建北部邊境軍鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)所及其管轄之下的軍事防區(qū),著力加強(qiáng)對(duì)蒙防御體系。然而,隨著防邊軍隊(duì)規(guī)模的日益龐大,如何籌運(yùn)軍糧成為燃眉之急。在明政府的重視下,多渠道、多形式的軍糧籌運(yùn)體制逐漸形成,主要包括政府調(diào)撥糧餉、開展軍屯、推行開中法和易粟法及其相應(yīng)的運(yùn)糧措施,一定程度上支持了北邊防區(qū)官兵的基本軍糧之需。然而,巨大的軍糧需求及輸邊也帶來了調(diào)配困難、供需不足、運(yùn)力無法保障等諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。
[Abstract]:During Hongwu period, the Ming Dynasty gradually constructed the northern border army town guard station and the military defense area under its jurisdiction while encirclement and suppression of the remnants of Northern Yuan and Mongolia, and made great efforts to strengthen the defense system against Mongolia. However, with the increasing size of the border defense troops, how to transport military grain becomes urgent. With the attention of the Ming government, a multi-channel and multi-form military grain transportation system was gradually formed, mainly including the allocation of grain salaries by the government, the development of military cantonment, and the implementation of the Sino-French and "grain exchange methods" and their corresponding grain transportation measures. To a certain extent, it supports the basic grain needs of officers and soldiers in the northern defense area. However, the huge military grain demand and transportation also bring difficulties in deployment, supply and demand is insufficient, transportation capacity can not be guaranteed and many other practical difficulties.
