燃煤電廠濕法脫硫?qū)氼w粒物的脫除特性

【摘要】:應(yīng)用DGI承重撞擊器對四臺燃煤機組濕法脫硫前、后細顆粒物進行采集,分析細顆粒物的粒徑分布、元素組成以及脫硫系統(tǒng)的脫除效率.結(jié)果表明:脫硫前細顆粒物粒徑峰值出現(xiàn)在0.20~0.40μm處,脫硫后峰值出現(xiàn)在0.20~0.30μm處.經(jīng)過濕法脫硫系統(tǒng)后ρ(PM_(2.5))、ρ(PM_1)、ρ(PM_(0.5))、ρ(PM_(0.2))出現(xiàn)不同程度的增長,平均增長率分別為13.28%、19.57%、28.79%、33.51%.分粒徑顆粒物中ρ(Si)、ρ(Al)在脫硫前、后均隨著顆粒物粒徑的減小呈遞減趨勢,并且脫硫后ρ(Si)、ρ(Al)均有不同程度的降低,ρ(Fe)隨顆粒物粒徑的減小呈增加趨勢,表現(xiàn)出一定的富集特性;濕法脫硫后Ca在PM_1中的質(zhì)量濃度出現(xiàn)明顯的增長,ρ(Ca)由18.86~51.47μg/m~3增至41.87~84.83μg/m~3.Si、Al是PM_(2.5)中的主要元素,經(jīng)過濕法脫硫后ρ(Si)、ρ(Al)由59%~72%降至43%~59%;而Ca在PM_(2.5)中表現(xiàn)出相反的變化趨勢,ρ(Ca)由8%~13%升至17%~26%.
[Abstract]:The particle size distribution, elemental composition and removal efficiency of desulfurization system of four coal-fired units before and after wet desulphurization were collected by DGI load-bearing impactor, and the particle size distribution, elemental composition and removal efficiency of desulfurization system were analyzed.The results showed that the peak value of fine particle size appeared at 0.20 ~ 0.40 渭 m before desulphurization and 0.30 渭 m at 0.20 ~ 0.30 渭 m after desulphurization.Before and after desulphurization, 蟻 -Si-Si, 蟻 -Al) in particle size decreased with the decrease of particle size, and after desulfurization, 蟻 -Si-Si, 蟻 -Al) decreased to some extent, 蟻 _ (-Fe)) increased with the decrease of particle size, and showed a certain enrichment characteristic.婀挎硶鑴辯~鍚嶤a鍦≒M_1涓殑璐ㄩ噺嫻撳害鍑虹幇鏄庢樉鐨勫闀,
