陰陽電極微電解填料預(yù)處理吡啶廢水的研究

【摘要】:針對4,4'二氨基二苯乙烯-二磺酸(DSD酸)生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的工業(yè)鐵泥的污染問題,利用DSD酸工業(yè)鐵泥為原料制成新型DSD酸鐵泥陰陽電極微電解填料,并將其利用于吡啶廢水的預(yù)處理。按照國標(biāo)法測得新型陰陽電極微電解填料的物理性質(zhì),利用掃描電鏡對填料的表面和截面結(jié)構(gòu)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究。通過進(jìn)行單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)探究新型陰陽電極微電解填料處理吡啶廢水的效果與可行性,根據(jù)吡啶廢水處理過程中吡啶的去除效率、總有機(jī)碳(TOC)的去除效率,進(jìn)行結(jié)果討論。采用單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)法,進(jìn)行水平因素影響分析,優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)條件。通過串聯(lián)反應(yīng)器和外加電極進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化處理效果實(shí)驗(yàn),提高污水的處理效率。以DSD酸生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的工業(yè)鐵泥為原料制得的陰陽電極微電解填料具有較大的比表面積(29.89m2/g)、其堆積密度(921 kg/m3)和顆粒密度(1086 kg/m3)較小,值得注意的是該填料具有較高得吸水率(25%)和空隙率(43%),具有很好的吸水性,很大程度上提高了污水與填料的接觸效果。通過填料的掃描電鏡結(jié)果可得,填料表面粗糙,有很多球狀突起,截面有許多孔狀結(jié)構(gòu)。通過單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)探究不同pH、水力停留時間(HRT)、氣液比(A/L)、吡啶初始濃度對于陰陽電極微電解填料處理吡啶廢水效果的影響,可得在最優(yōu)條件下(pH=3、HRT=6h、A/L=2),吡啶和TOC去除率可達(dá)到58%和50%。通過液質(zhì)聯(lián)用探測結(jié)果表明,吡啶在微電解作用下環(huán)狀結(jié)構(gòu)被破壞,降解為小分子物質(zhì)。采用串聯(lián)反應(yīng)器來提高陰陽電極微電解填料處理效率,通過調(diào)節(jié)一級出水pH,可使處理效果提高一倍。通過外加直流電場來提高陰陽電極微電解填料處理效率,吡啶和TOC的去除效率可達(dá)到65%和55%,其填料的利用率得到提高。在探究填料穩(wěn)定性實(shí)驗(yàn)中,填料連續(xù)處理污水一個月。未出現(xiàn)板結(jié)現(xiàn)象,填料狀態(tài)良好。在吡啶廢水處理整個過程中,填料使用六個月仍未發(fā)現(xiàn)板結(jié)現(xiàn)象,相對傳統(tǒng)的微電解技術(shù),其填料的使用壽命被抗板結(jié)能力大大提高。綜上所述,利用DSD酸工業(yè)污泥為原料制成的新型陰陽電解微電解填料,具有良好的抗板結(jié)性能。在預(yù)處理吡啶廢水過程中,在最優(yōu)實(shí)驗(yàn)條件(pH=3、HRT=6h、A/L=2)下,吡啶和TOC的去除率可達(dá)到58%和50%。另一方面填料穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行一個月未出現(xiàn)板結(jié)現(xiàn)象,增加了其使用壽命。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the pollution of industrial iron slime produced during the production of 4'4 'diaminodistyrene-disulfonic acid (DSD acid), a new type of DSD ferric acid slime anode microelectrolytic filler was prepared by using DSD acid industrial iron sludge as raw material. It was used in the pretreatment of pyridine wastewater. According to the national standard method, the physical properties of the new type of anode and cathode electrode microelectrolytic filler were measured. The surface and cross-section structure properties of the filler were studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effect and feasibility of treating pyridine wastewater with new type anode electrode microelectrolytic filler were investigated by single factor experiment. The results were discussed according to the removal efficiency of pyridine and the removal efficiency of total organic carbon (TOC) in the process of treatment of pyridine wastewater. Single factor experiment method was used to analyze the influence of horizontal factors and optimize the experimental conditions. In order to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment, series reactor and external electrode were used to enhance the treatment effect. The anode and cathode electrode microelectrolytic filler produced from industrial iron sludge produced during the production of DSD acid has a large specific surface area (29.89m2/g), and its bulk density (921 kg/m3) and particle density (1086 kg/m3) are smaller. It is worth noting that the filler has a high water absorption rate (25%) and a high porosity (43%). It has a good water absorption and greatly improves the contact effect between the sewage and the filler. The results of SEM show that the packing surface is rough, there are many spherical protrusions, and the section has many pore structures. The effects of different (HRT), gas / liquid ratio (A / L) of pH, hydraulic retention time and initial concentration of pyridine on the treatment of pyridine wastewater with anode and cathode electrode microelectrolytic filler were investigated by single factor experiment. The optimal conditions (pH=3,HRT=6h,) were obtained. The removal rates of pyridine and TOC can reach 58% and 50% respectively. The results of liquid-mass spectrometry showed that the ring structure of pyridine was destroyed and degraded to small molecule under the action of microelectrolysis. Series reactor was used to improve the efficiency of microelectrolytic packing treatment of anode and cathode electrode, and the treatment effect was doubled by adjusting the pH, of primary effluent. The removal efficiency of pyridine and TOC can reach 65% and 55% respectively by applying direct current field to improve the efficiency of micro-electrolytic packing treatment of anode and cathode electrode. In the experiment of exploring the stability of the filler, the wastewater was treated continuously for one month. There is no cementing phenomenon and the filler is in good condition. In the whole process of pyridine wastewater treatment, the phenomenon of bonding has not been found in the packing for six months. Compared with the traditional micro-electrolysis technology, the service life of the filler has been greatly improved. To sum up, a new type of anode and cathode electrolytic micro-electrolytic filler, which is made from DSD acid industrial sludge, has good resistance to plate formation. In the process of pretreatment of pyridine wastewater, under the optimal experimental conditions (pH=3,HRT=6h,A/L=2), the removal rates of pyridine and TOC can reach 58% and 50% respectively. On the other hand, the stable operation of packing for a month did not appear the phenomenon of cementing, increasing its service life.
