區(qū)域生態(tài)承載力預警評估方法及案例研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, the definition and connotation of ecological carrying capacity and its early warning are discussed, and the contents and methods of regional ecological carrying capacity evaluation are put forward from the angle of early warning, according to the needs of ecological carrying capacity assessment in the monitoring and early warning of national resources and environment carrying capacity. And take Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as an example to carry out a case study. The main conclusions are as follows: ecological carrying capacity refers to the ability of ecosystem to provide service, prevent ecological problems and ensure regional ecological security. The essence of early warning assessment of ecological carrying capacity is to assess whether and to what extent human activities affect the provision of major service functions such as water conservation, soil and water conservation, wind and sand prevention and so on, and whether or not ecological and environmental problems arise. Whether to affect the ecological security of the region. The evaluation process mainly includes the selection of regional ecological carrying capacity evaluation index, the determination of evaluation method and threshold, the analysis of ecological carrying capacity warning situation and trend, and the analysis of the cause of formation, etc. The method and case of early warning evaluation of ecological carrying capacity presented in this paper can provide the basis for the assessment of ecological carrying capacity of the whole country and the region.
