煤層氣集輸管網(wǎng)建模及優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of national economy, the human demand for energy is increasing, especially the proportion of clean energy is increasing year by year. As a clean energy with good performance, coal bed methane has a broader development space. And because of its rich reserves and low level of development, coalbed methane has become a hot research topic. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the optimization of coalbed methane field in Qinshui Basin by using Realpipe simulation software. Based on the overall understanding of the current situation of the subject, this paper makes further research in the following two main directions: (1) laying a secondary pipe at the restricted section, which ensures that the pressure of the original section remains unchanged. Under the condition of constant pressure in and out of the station, the gas transmission rate of the pipe network will be increased. (2) the pressure station is added to the restricted section to ensure that the pipeline pressure and the inlet and outlet pressure can meet the conditions while increasing the gas output. The following research contents are carried out on the optimization of pipeline network: firstly, based on the field data of coalbed methane field, a model is established in Realpipe pipe network simulation software to analyze and find out the reasons that restrict the transportation capacity of gathering and transportation network and the restricted pipe section. Secondly, according to the reason that the pipe section is restricted, the optimal design scheme of the pipe section is determined, the auxiliary pipe is laid or the pressure station is added to the restricted pipe section, and the corresponding mathematical model and economic model are listed, which provides the basis for the calculation of the specific parameters. Finally, the genetic algorithm is used to analyze, program and calculate the two schemes, and the corresponding parameters of the two schemes are obtained. At the same time, in order to ensure that the scheme has the practical realizability, This paper also calculates the investment cost of improving the pipeline network to increase the gas transmission as a reference.
