扁萼苔屬葇夷扁萼苔亞屬（Amentuloradula）的分類學(xué)和系統(tǒng)發(fā)育學(xué)

扁萼苔屬Radula Dumort.屬于扁萼苔科Radulaceae,是苔類植中物種多樣性最高的幾個屬之一,主要分布于熱帶和亞熱帶的濕潤地區(qū),目前世界范圍內(nèi)已接受的共有7亞屬、259種。其中具有小葉分枝(microphyllous branches)或葇夷分枝(amentulose branches)的亞屬葇夷扁萼苔亞屬Amentuloradula Devos et al.中已被接受26個分類群。由于該亞屬的分類研究主要基于形態(tài)學(xué)特征,導(dǎo)致種間界限模糊,亞屬劃分不明確,因此亟需對葇夷扁萼苔亞屬開展修訂工作。作者對1020份野外采集與館際借閱的標本進行了形態(tài)學(xué)觀察。分子系統(tǒng)學(xué)共選取了223份標本,其中120份標本屬于葇夷扁萼苔亞屬,基于atpB–rbcL、psbT–psb H、psb A–trnH、rps4、trn G與trnL–F 6個基因片段,采用最大簡約法、最大似然法和貝葉斯推論法構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)發(fā)育樹�；谛螒B(tài)解剖學(xué)與分子系統(tǒng)發(fā)育學(xué)對葇夷扁萼苔亞屬的分類與系統(tǒng)發(fā)育進行研究。主要研究結(jié)果如下:1)Devos et al.提出的扁萼苔屬的七個亞屬得到了支持,葇夷扁萼苔亞屬可通過一些形態(tài)特征的...
