小麥-茸毛偃麥草新型漸滲系的分子細(xì)胞遺傳學(xué)解析

中間偃麥草(Thinopyrum intermedium,2n=6x=42,JJJsJsStSt)屬于小麥野生近緣植物,多年生、異花授粉,具有耐鹽、耐旱、抗寒等抗逆性以及抗白粉病、條銹病、葉銹病、稈銹病、赤霉病等抗病性,是小麥遠(yuǎn)緣雜交和染色體工程育種的重要基因資源。茸毛偃麥草(Th.intermedium ssp.trichophorum,2n=6x=42,JJJsJs StSt)是中間偃麥草的一個(gè)亞種,與中間偃麥草一樣具有抗逆、抗病等優(yōu)良特性,區(qū)別在于其穗部和葉片上覆蓋有茸毛,是小麥抗性改良的重要供體之一。TE1508是本實(shí)驗(yàn)室選育的小麥-茸毛偃麥草部分雙二倍體,成株期免疫或高抗白粉病、條銹病、葉銹病、紋枯病等;小麥-中間偃麥草7J異體代換系源于八倍體小偃麥TAF46與普通小麥Vilmorin27雜交、回交后代,具有抗稈銹。║g99)與紫色胚芽鞘等性狀。為了將TE1508與TAF46攜帶的優(yōu)異農(nóng)藝性狀導(dǎo)入栽培小麥,本文實(shí)施了以下研究工作:(1)分別利用六倍體小黑麥和普通小麥與TE1508進(jìn)行雜交...
