  酸雨是全球性重大環(huán)境問(wèn)題之一,因其污染可轉(zhuǎn)移性受到廣泛關(guān)注。長(zhǎng)酸雨對(duì)植物的傷害機(jī)理一直是生態(tài)學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)之一有證據(jù)表明酸雨對(duì)植物具有拮抗作用,尤其是對(duì)生長(zhǎng)、光合活性、抗氧化活性和分子變化的影響。植物對(duì)酸雨的反應(yīng)具有復(fù)雜的解毒和耐受的機(jī)制。然而,由于植物本身的抗氧化劑和解毒能力有限,在高濃度酸雨水平下常遭受毒害。因此,在這種情況下通過(guò)補(bǔ)充外源激素以加強(qiáng)植物解毒系統(tǒng)。褪黑激素(N-乙;-5-甲氧基色胺)是一種多功能信號(hào)分子,廣泛分布于植物的不同部位,負(fù)責(zé)刺激幾種生理反應(yīng)應(yīng)對(duì)不利環(huán)境條件。近年來(lái),褪黑激素已成為植物激素類(lèi)別的新范例,具有增強(qiáng)了植物對(duì)非生物脅迫因素的耐受性,包括熱或冷的溫度,鹽度,干旱,澇害,紫外線輻射以及水和土壤中的化學(xué)或金屬的污染物。因此,本研究旨在了解番茄植株對(duì)酸雨的脅迫響應(yīng),并通過(guò)一系列實(shí)驗(yàn)闡明褪黑素在緩解酸雨脅迫中的可能保護(hù)機(jī)制。重要發(fā)現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下:1.為了更好地了解植物脅迫響應(yīng)酸雨的機(jī)理,探討了兩種不同水平的模擬酸雨(SAR)對(duì)兩種番茄品種的光合作用、抗氧化酶活性以及非酶抗氧化物質(zhì)含量的影響。結(jié)果表明,不同濃度的SAR水平,均顯著降低了番茄品種葉片中植株生長(zhǎng),葉綠素...
