中國(guó)民間調(diào)解言語(yǔ)行為的文化語(yǔ)用學(xué)研究

調(diào)解被認(rèn)為是化解矛盾沖突的重要方式之一。調(diào)解的過(guò)程異常復(fù)雜,涉及的因素眾多。因而,調(diào)解研究呈現(xiàn)出明顯的跨學(xué)科特征,吸引了包括法學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)、政治學(xué)與國(guó)際關(guān)系、語(yǔ)言學(xué)等在內(nèi)多學(xué)科學(xué)者的共同參與。不可否認(rèn)的是,語(yǔ)言在調(diào)解活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。從語(yǔ)言學(xué)的視角來(lái)看,調(diào)解是一種發(fā)生在第三方調(diào)解者與當(dāng)事人之間的會(huì)話互動(dòng)形式。當(dāng)前,關(guān)于調(diào)解活動(dòng)中語(yǔ)言使用的研究主要有兩大特點(diǎn):其一,在已有的研究中,英美國(guó)家的研究者居多,研究對(duì)象也多為西方式調(diào)解。相較而言,以其他國(guó)家或文化族群的調(diào)解為對(duì)象的研究并不多,針對(duì)中國(guó)本土調(diào)解類型的研究則更為稀少。其二,大部分研究的關(guān)注點(diǎn)主要在描述調(diào)解活動(dòng)中的語(yǔ)言行為與互動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)特征,及其與活動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)屬性或社會(huì)要素之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,但很少探究特定的文化語(yǔ)境對(duì)調(diào)解語(yǔ)言使用的影響。我們認(rèn)為,調(diào)解活動(dòng)不僅是一項(xiàng)言語(yǔ)活動(dòng),同時(shí)也是一種文化實(shí)踐。在調(diào)解過(guò)程中,各參與者的語(yǔ)言行為的產(chǎn)出與理解不但受到了特定活動(dòng)類型的制約,同時(shí)也受該文化語(yǔ)境要素(如信念、價(jià)值觀、規(guī)約等)的驅(qū)動(dòng)。本研究在文化語(yǔ)用學(xué)的理論框架下,基于對(duì)十個(gè)真實(shí)的調(diào)解案例進(jìn)行語(yǔ)料分析,旨在探究中國(guó)民間調(diào)解活動(dòng)的語(yǔ)言使用特點(diǎn)及文...
