棉長(zhǎng)管蚜誘導(dǎo)棉花防御反應(yīng)及對(duì)后期棉蚜的影響

棉長(zhǎng)管蚜Acyrthosiphom gossypii Mordviiko和棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover作為新疆棉田的常見(jiàn)害蟲(chóng),長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),兩者在棉田中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系隨著氣候變化、栽培模式、藥劑施用等外界作用的改變而有所變化。為了明確棉長(zhǎng)管蚜誘導(dǎo)的棉花防御反應(yīng),研究了棉長(zhǎng)管蚜種群在棉花上的時(shí)空變化,棉長(zhǎng)管蚜取食對(duì)棉花生理代謝、防御系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵酶活性、棉花轉(zhuǎn)錄組的影響,及對(duì)后期棉蚜的影響。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)棉長(zhǎng)管蚜在棉花上的種群發(fā)展、空間分布與其初始接蟲(chóng)密度有關(guān)。不同初始密度條件下,其種群數(shù)量均呈現(xiàn)先增后減的趨勢(shì),且均在接蚜后4-5d達(dá)到峰值,初始密度為15頭/株時(shí),第4 d和第10 d的種群數(shù)量分別為72頭/株和12頭/株。棉長(zhǎng)管蚜種群發(fā)展初期、峰值期莖稈上棉長(zhǎng)管蚜占比分別為35%-50%和50%-80%?梢(jiàn),棉長(zhǎng)管蚜主要危害棉花莖稈,且持續(xù)危害時(shí)間短。(2)棉長(zhǎng)管蚜取食可以改變棉花體內(nèi)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)代謝和細(xì)胞滲透壓調(diào)節(jié)相關(guān)物質(zhì)的改變,及次生代謝途徑中重要化合物的合成與代謝。棉花葉片中葉綠素含量與棉長(zhǎng)管蚜的取食沒(méi)有明顯關(guān)系,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、類胡蘿卜素、MDA、類黃酮含量均隨棉長(zhǎng)...
