船舶裝飾專用CAD系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】: 在傳統(tǒng)船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)中,主要設(shè)計(jì)手段是簡單利用CAD工具,存在數(shù)據(jù)輸入量大,圖面設(shè)計(jì)和審核工作量大,設(shè)計(jì)隨意性強(qiáng),難以進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)清冊的問題。本文通過開發(fā)船舶裝飾專業(yè)CAD系統(tǒng)為解決上述問題提供了有效的方案。 船舶裝飾設(shè)計(jì)中的主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容是對裝飾板材進(jìn)行圖面布置,而板材的布置可以歸結(jié)為二維布局問題。針對布局問題中的布局對象即布局空間和布局物體,本文中把設(shè)計(jì)過程劃分為底圖處理,板材布置兩個(gè)過程,然后分別給出了相應(yīng)的CAD策略。在板材布置的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合圖面檢查等輔助功能,最終給出了系統(tǒng)的整體框架。 首先,針對板材布置中的布局空間的表達(dá),進(jìn)行底圖處理:在繪制底圖基線的基礎(chǔ)上,通過最小單聯(lián)通區(qū)域識別等算法求出基本布局空間實(shí)體,然后利用接長梁等圖元對基本布局空間實(shí)體進(jìn)行分割,最終得到布局空間的邊界表達(dá)形式。 其次,對于板材的布置,采用適當(dāng)形式對不同板材分別進(jìn)行表達(dá),并根據(jù)實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則總結(jié)出板材布局的約束條件,然后依據(jù)約束條件提出相應(yīng)的布局算法策略并加以實(shí)現(xiàn)。在布局空間和布局算法確定的基礎(chǔ)上,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)板材的布置功能。 對于較為復(fù)雜的編輯修改問題,文中提出了新的解決思路:首先提取布板方法并建立修改觸發(fā)機(jī)制,接著通過觸發(fā)機(jī)制來調(diào)用修改后的布局空間和布板方法,對布板過程進(jìn)行重新計(jì)算,最終達(dá)到編輯修改的目的。 最后,應(yīng)用以上分析成果,對船舶裝飾專業(yè)CAD系統(tǒng)中的圖面設(shè)計(jì)模塊進(jìn)行了研究和開發(fā);并通過一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。同時(shí),從進(jìn)一步提高設(shè)計(jì)效率和與產(chǎn)品管理系統(tǒng)集成的角度,提出了對未來工作的展望。
[Abstract]:In the traditional ship decoration design, the main design means is simply using CAD tools, which has the problems of large input of data, large workload of drawing design and examination, and strong randomness of design, which makes it difficult to carry out statistical inventory. This paper provides an effective scheme for solving the above problems by developing the CAD system of ship decoration specialty. The main design content of ship decoration design is to arrange the graphic surface of the decorative plate, and the layout of the plate can be summed up to the problem of two-dimensional layout. In this paper, the design process is divided into two processes, namely, layout space and layout object, and the design process is divided into two processes: bottom map processing and plate layout. Then the corresponding CAD strategies are given. On the basis of plate layout, combined with the auxiliary functions such as surface inspection, the whole frame of the system is finally given. Firstly, base map processing is carried out for the representation of layout space in plate layout: on the basis of drawing base line of base map, The basic layout space entity is obtained by using the minimum single connection region recognition algorithm, and then the basic layout space entity is segmented by using graph elements such as long beam connection, and the boundary expression form of the layout space is obtained finally. Secondly, for the plate layout, the boundary representation of the layout space is obtained. According to the practical design rules, the constraints of plate layout are summarized, and the corresponding layout algorithm strategy is put forward according to the constraint conditions. On the basis of the layout space and the layout algorithm, the layout function of the plate is finally realized. For the more complicated editing and modifying problem, a new solution is put forward: firstly, the layout method is extracted and the trigger mechanism of the modification is established. Then through the trigger mechanism to call the modified layout space and the layout method, the layout process is recalculated, finally the purpose of editing and modification is achieved. Finally, the above analysis results are applied. This paper studies and develops the drawing design module in the CAD system of ship decoration, and verifies the realization of the system by a design example. At the same time, from the point of further improving the design efficiency and integrating with the product management system, the prospect of future work is put forward.
