自裝飾復(fù)合硅酸鹽外墻保溫板的研制

【摘要】:根據(jù)自裝飾復(fù)合硅酸鹽外墻保溫板的結(jié)構(gòu)與設(shè)計原理,研究了復(fù)合保溫板的物理性能和保溫性能,試驗結(jié)果表明,對同一外墻主體進行外保溫時,在不增加外墻總厚度的基礎(chǔ)上,保溫板的平均傳熱系數(shù)比膠粉聚苯顆粒外墻外保溫體系減小25%以上,該復(fù)合保溫板的表觀密度、壓縮強度和不透水性均達到或超過JG158—2004《膠粉聚苯顆粒外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)》中對相關(guān)指標(biāo)的要求。該復(fù)合保溫板簡化了施工工藝。
[Abstract]:According to the structure and design principle of self-decorating composite silicate exterior wall thermal insulation board, the physical properties and thermal insulation performance of composite thermal insulation board are studied. The experimental results show that the external insulation of the same external wall body is carried out. On the basis of no increase in the total thickness of the external wall, the average heat transfer coefficient of the thermal insulation board is more than 25% less than that of the external wall insulation system with polystyrene particles, and the apparent density of the composite insulation board is obtained. The compressive strength and impermeability reached or exceeded the requirements of JG158-2004 for the external insulation system of polystyrene particles. The composite insulation board simplifies the construction technology.
