岳州窯青瓷飲食器皿設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:2014年2月“岳州窯青瓷燒制技藝”正式錄入岳陽市第三批非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名冊。本課題以岳州窯青瓷飲食器皿設(shè)計作為研究對象,以岳州窯地區(qū)的地域環(huán)境、民窯為主官窯為輔的史實、主要器型和設(shè)計現(xiàn)狀作為鋪墊展開研究。漢唐是中國封建社會的兩大盛世,強大的民族必然產(chǎn)生優(yōu)秀的文化,岳州窯青瓷飲食器皿淳樸的設(shè)計風(fēng)格為我們展示了漢唐年間中國設(shè)計的風(fēng)貌,與秦磚、漢瓦、唐三彩一樣,岳州窯青瓷是優(yōu)秀中國文化的結(jié)晶。湘陰縣政府已將岳州窯納入縣域旅游經(jīng)濟規(guī)劃,筆者認為應(yīng)該趁此機遇,從岳州窯本身尋求設(shè)計基因,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代設(shè)計方法進行旅游產(chǎn)品開發(fā)。本論文將對岳州窯青瓷飲食器皿的四個主要特征:功能特征、造型特征、裝飾特征和工藝特征進行分析。本文的研究基于岳州窯現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品、筆者對岳州窯青瓷博物館陶景書館長和岳州窯青瓷收藏家胡保民先生的走訪以及對三峰窯(岳州窯的中窯,該窯仍在燒造青瓷)的實地考察。通過對岳州窯產(chǎn)品四大特征的研究,分別理出了岳州窯青瓷的主要特色:功能特征包含實用性、民主性、多用型等特色;造型特征包含時代性、古樸性、生動性、內(nèi)斂性等特色;裝飾特征包含露胎工藝、垂釉如淚、紋飾古樸和壓印手法等特色;工藝特征以就地取材、多樣化成型方式、靈活的施釉手法以及延續(xù)古代的龍窯柴燒為特色。四大特征的剖析對岳窯青瓷飲食器皿進行了全面而詳細的研究。傳承與發(fā)展是本課題研究的最終目的。結(jié)合現(xiàn)代生活方式、審美方式、設(shè)計風(fēng)格等造物規(guī)則對岳州窯青瓷飲食器皿諸多特色取其精華,去其糟粕。以岳州窯青瓷的傳統(tǒng)工藝、民窯的設(shè)計風(fēng)格分別作為對于適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代健康生活理念和極簡生活方式進行傳承;將岳州窯值得延續(xù)的精華結(jié)合現(xiàn)代設(shè)計方法進行發(fā)展,深度挖掘岳州窯與楚文化之間絲絲縷縷的關(guān)系、用設(shè)計形態(tài)語義學(xué)再設(shè)計其造型,用構(gòu)成主義手法再解讀其裝飾。結(jié)合現(xiàn)代家居風(fēng)格和宜家、無印良品的陶瓷產(chǎn)品設(shè)計案例,研究岳州窯青瓷適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代家裝風(fēng)格的套系化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計方案和綜合材料設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:In February 2014, Yuezhou Kiln Celadon firing Technology was officially entered into the third batch of intangible cultural heritage list of Yueyang City. This subject takes the design of Yue Zhou kiln celadon ware as the research object, taking the regional environment of Yuezhou kiln area, the historical facts that the civilian kiln is the main official kiln as auxiliary, the main equipment type and the design present situation as the paver. The Han and Tang dynasties were the two prosperous times of Chinese feudal society, and the strong nation inevitably produced excellent culture. The simple design style of Yue Zhou kiln celadon food utensils showed us the style and features of Chinese design during the Han and Tang dynasties, just like the Qin brick, Han tile, and Tang three colors. Yuezhou kiln celadon is the crystallization of excellent Chinese culture. Xiangyin county government has brought Yuezhou kiln into the county tourism economic planning. The author thinks that we should take advantage of this opportunity to seek design genes from Yuezhou kiln itself and combine modern design methods to develop tourism products. This paper will analyze the four main features of Yuezhou kiln celadon utensils: functional features, modeling features, decorative features and technological features. Based on the existing products of Yuezhou kiln, the author visits the curator of pottery and porcelain of Yuezhou kiln celadon museum and Mr. Hu Baomin, a collector of Yue Zhou kiln celadon, as well as the field investigation of Sanfeng kiln (the middle kiln of Yuezhou kiln, which is still burning celadon). Through the study of the four characteristics of Yuezhou kiln products, the main features of Yue Zhou kiln celadon are sorted out: the functional features include practicability, democracy, multipurpose type and so on; the modeling features include the times, simplicity, vitality, etc. Features such as internal convergence; decorative features include the bare tire technology, vertical glaze such as tears, decorative and imprint techniques and other features; process features to local materials, diversified molding methods, flexible glazing techniques and the continuation of the ancient Longyao firewood burning as the characteristics. The analysis of the four major characteristics of Yue kiln celadon food utensils were carried out a comprehensive and detailed study. Inheritance and development is the ultimate purpose of this research. Combined with modern life style, aesthetic style, design style and other creation rules to Yuezhou kiln celadon food utensils to take its essence and discard its dross. With the traditional technology of Yue Zhou kiln celadon, the design style of the folk kiln is the inheritance of the concept of adapting to the modern healthy life and the extremely simple way of life, and the essence of Yuezhou kiln is worth continuing to combine with the modern design method to carry on the development. The relationship between Yuezhou kiln and Chu culture is deeply excavated. The design morphology semantics is used to design its shape, and the constructivism technique is used to interpret its decoration. Based on the design cases of modern household style, IKEA and unprinted fine products, this paper studies the design scheme and comprehensive material design of Yuezhou kiln celadon to adapt to modern home decoration style.
