文章摘要：目的：探討丹紅注射液聯(lián)合西藥治療呼吸衰竭臨床療效。方法：對(duì)本院收治的80例呼吸衰竭患者資料進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)不同治療方案將患者分為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組各40例,對(duì)照組采用西藥治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合丹紅注射液治療,比較兩組療效及血漿黏度,血漿乳酸,動(dòng)脈血氧分壓（Pa O2）,動(dòng)脈血氧飽和度（Sa O2）,動(dòng)脈血二氧化碳分壓（Pa CO2）等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組95%患者療效確切,高于對(duì)照組（85%）（P〈0.05）;實(shí)驗(yàn)組95%對(duì)治療方案滿意,高于對(duì)照組（65%）（P〈0.01）;實(shí)驗(yàn)組紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)為（1.35±0.10）,血漿黏度為（4.18±0.25）m Pa·s,紅細(xì)胞比容為（0.41±0.07）,纖維蛋白原為（3.14±1.20）g·L-1,低于對(duì)照組（P〈0.05）;實(shí)驗(yàn)組p H指標(biāo)為（7.47±0.07）,Pa O2指標(biāo)為（75.77±8.32）mm Hg,高于對(duì)照組（P〈0.05）;實(shí)驗(yàn)組Pa CO2指標(biāo)為（46.49±4.54）mm Hg,低于對(duì)照組（P〈0.05）;實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后6 min步行距離為（372.5±57.3）m,長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組（P〈0.05）;實(shí)驗(yàn)組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為7.5%,顯著低于對(duì)照組（不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為17.5%）（P〈0.05）。結(jié)論：呼吸衰竭發(fā)病率較高,臨床上采用丹紅注射液聯(lián)合西藥治療理想,值得推廣使用。

Abstr：Objective： The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with western medicine treatment in patients with respiratory failure. Method： Eighty patients admitted to our hospital with respiratory failure were analyzed, according to the different treatment regimens, divided into control group and experiment group. The control group was given western medicine, while the experiment group was given Danhong injection combined with western medicine treatment, and the efficacy were compared. Result： In experiment group, the efficacy was 95% , higher than control group （85%） （P 〈 0.05） ; 95% patients of the experiment group were satisfied with the therapy, which was higher than control group （65%） （P 〈 0.01 ） ; in experiment group erythroeyte aggregation index was （1.35 ± 0. 10）, plasma viscosity was （4. 18 ± 0. 25 ） mPa ·s, hematoerit was （0.41 ± 0.07）, fibrinogen was （3. 14 ± 1.20） g·L-l, which were all lower than in the control group （P〈0.05）;in experiment group, pH indicators （7.47 ± 0.07） and Pa02 indicators （75.77 ±8.32） mmHg were both higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; in experiment group PaCO2 indleators （46.49 ± 4. 54） mmHg was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; in the experiment group, 6-min walking distance after treatment was （372.5 ± 57.3 ） m, longer than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The respiratory failure has high incidence, and the use of Danhong injection combined with western medicine elinieally should be introduced.
