【摘要】："放管服"改革是行政體制改革的核心內(nèi)容,是全面深化改革的重要組成部分,是切實(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能、破除體制機(jī)制性障礙、為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展提供新動力的必然要求。因此,本文認(rèn)為在"放管服"改革中,要注重協(xié)調(diào)法治與改革的關(guān)系,以法治思維和法治方式推進(jìn)行政執(zhí)法體制改革。
[Abstract]:The reform of "release of management and service" is the core content of the reform of the administrative system, an important part of the overall deepening of the reform, and an inevitable requirement for the effective transformation of the functions of the government, the removal of institutional obstacles, and the provision of a new motive force for economic and social development. In this paper, we should pay attention to coordinate the relationship between the rule of law and the reform, and promote the reform of the administrative law enforcement system by the thinking of the rule of law and the way of the rule of law.
