【摘要】：生態(tài)文明是人類文明發(fā)展高級(jí)階段,法治是人類政治文明的重要成果,是治國(guó)理政的基本方式,兩者具有不可避免的耦合性。生態(tài)文明建設(shè)需要社會(huì)主義法治體系保駕護(hù)航,生態(tài)環(huán)境法治建設(shè)須適應(yīng)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)從生態(tài)環(huán)境立法、執(zhí)法、司法、守法方面進(jìn)行修繕;生態(tài)文明建設(shè)同時(shí)融入法治體系構(gòu)建之中,使法治呈現(xiàn)生態(tài)化趨勢(shì)。將生態(tài)化因素和生態(tài)化意識(shí)融入現(xiàn)行各項(xiàng)法律,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建法律資源的生態(tài)節(jié)約利用機(jī)制是法治生態(tài)化的重要路徑。
[Abstract]:Ecological civilization is the advanced stage of the development of human civilization, the rule of law is an important achievement of human political civilization, is the basic way of governing the country, the two have inevitable coupling. The construction of ecological civilization needs the protection of socialist rule of law system, and the construction of ecological environment rule of law should be adapted to the construction of ecological civilization from the aspects of ecological environment legislation, law enforcement, judicature and law abiding. At the same time, the construction of ecological civilization is integrated into the construction of the rule of law system, so that the rule of law presents an ecological trend. It is an important path for the ecology of the rule of law to integrate ecological factors and ecological consciousness into the current laws, and on this basis, to construct the ecological conservation and utilization mechanism of legal resources.
