【摘要】：在紡織工業(yè)中，紡織品的質(zhì)量會受到多種因素的影響，其中很重要的一點就是紡織原材料棉花在生產(chǎn)和運輸?shù)倪^程中混入的異性纖維。異性纖維通常稱作“異纖”，主要包括植物的葉莖、人和動物的毛發(fā)、化學纖維制品等，由于這些物質(zhì)在特性上與棉花纖維有較大的差異，如果紡織品中混雜有這些異纖就會造成紡線的斷裂、著色不均勻等一系列危害。為了解決這些問題，提高紡織品質(zhì)量，國外多家企業(yè)與機構(gòu)都研發(fā)了針對異性纖維的清除設(shè)備，，并且價格不菲。而國內(nèi)同類型的裝備在技術(shù)上也主要依賴于國外的技術(shù)和設(shè)備。因而研制擁有自主核心技術(shù)與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的異纖清除設(shè)備變得十分必要。 本系統(tǒng)的研究主要包括基于DSP的硬件系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和基于支持向量機（SVM）的分類算法設(shè)計兩個部分。 系統(tǒng)采用DSP+FPGA的結(jié)構(gòu)來完成對高速棉花流圖像的實時處理。首先采用CCD相機采集目標圖像，將獲得的RGB數(shù)據(jù)送入到FPGA的數(shù)據(jù)緩沖區(qū)，DSP配合外部存儲器SDRAM完成對數(shù)據(jù)的搬運和數(shù)據(jù)的運算處理，對目標圖像進行識別。 另一方面通過分析異性纖維的顏色特征，針對異纖的多樣性，線性不可分等特點，在傳統(tǒng)的閾值分割方法的基礎(chǔ)上，對采集的圖像進行先期的學習，利用SVM分類算法，對含有多種類型異纖的圖像進行先期的訓練，獲得性能優(yōu)異的分類器，克服異纖圖像在RGB空間中線性不可分割的特點，提高系統(tǒng)對異性纖維識別的準確率。
[Abstract]:In the textile industry, the quality of textiles will be affected by many factors, one of which is the textile raw materials cotton mixed in the process of production and transportation of heterosexual fibers. Heterosexual fibers, commonly known as "hetero-fibrils," mainly include plant leaves, human and animal hair, chemical fiber products, etc., because of their characteristics, which differ greatly from cotton fibers. If the textile is mixed with these fibers, it will lead to the breakage of spinning thread, uneven coloring and a series of hazards. In order to solve these problems and improve the quality of textiles, many foreign enterprises and institutions have developed anti-heterosexual fiber cleaning equipment, and the price is high. The same type of equipment in the domestic technology is also mainly dependent on foreign technology and equipment. Therefore, the development of independent core technology and intellectual property rights of foreign fiber clearance equipment has become very necessary. The research of this system mainly includes two parts: hardware system design based on DSP and classification algorithm design based on support vector machine (SVM). The system adopts the structure of DSP FPGA to complete the real-time processing of high-speed cotton flow image. Firstly, the CCD camera is used to collect the target image, and the obtained RGB data is sent to the FPGA data buffer to complete the data handling and data processing together with the external memory SDRAM to identify the target image. On the other hand, by analyzing the color characteristics of heterosexual fibers, aiming at the diversity and linear inseparability of hetero-fibers, based on the traditional threshold segmentation method, the collected images are studied in advance, and the SVM classification algorithm is used. In order to overcome the linear inseparability of heterogeneous images in RGB space and improve the accuracy of heterosexual fiber recognition, the image with various types of fibers is trained in advance to obtain a classifier with excellent performance.
