【摘要】：[目的/意義]戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與專利的關(guān)系密不可分,有必要對我國省域知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)與戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的專利競爭優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行分析。[方法/過程]在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上提出了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)與戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)專利競爭優(yōu)勢發(fā)展關(guān)系的假設(shè),采用統(tǒng)計(jì)和回歸分析對我國各省域知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)強(qiáng)度與戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)專利競爭優(yōu)勢發(fā)展的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]我國省域的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)強(qiáng)度對大部分戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的專利競爭優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)生積極影響,但對某些戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)專利競爭優(yōu)勢影響不明顯甚至有負(fù)向影響。省域知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)強(qiáng)度與戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的專利競爭優(yōu)勢發(fā)展均衡性呈相反趨勢,即知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)強(qiáng)度越低,省域各戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的專利技術(shù)發(fā)展越不均衡。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] the relationship between the development of strategic emerging industries and patents is inseparable. It is necessary to analyze the patent competition advantage of intellectual property protection and strategic emerging industries in China. [method / process] Based on the literature review, the relationship between intellectual property protection and the development of patent competitive advantage in the new industries is proposed. The relationship between intellectual property protection intensity and the development of competitive advantage of strategic emerging industries in China is studied by statistical and regression analysis. [results / Conclusion] the intensity of intellectual property protection in the province of China has a positive impact on the patent competing advantages of most strategic emerging industries, but some strategies are made. The influence of patent competition advantage of the emerging industries is not obvious or even negative. The balance between the intellectual property protection intensity of Provincial Intellectual Property Rights and the patent competitive advantage of strategic emerging industries is in the opposite direction, that is, the lower the intellectual property rights protection intensity, the more unbalanced the patent technology development of the strategic emerging industries in the province.
