【摘要】：在西方發(fā)達(dá)國家，有一種規(guī)模僅次于銀行貸款的融資方式，那就是融資租賃。從上個世紀(jì)70年代開始，在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大趨勢下，融資租賃很好地促進(jìn)了投資以及國際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展，表現(xiàn)出了獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢和巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿�。在我國，融資租賃行業(yè)有30多年的歷史。在20世紀(jì)90年代，由于對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)識的不全面，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識較為淡薄，許多融資租賃公司倒閉,因?yàn)樽饨痖L時間被承租人拖欠。所以，能否有效地預(yù)測風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、建立健全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系，就成為了決定我國融資租賃行業(yè)是否能健康和快速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。 本文的核心內(nèi)容是怎樣有效地對風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行預(yù)測和控制，并通過風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制來保障融資租賃行業(yè)的健康和快速發(fā)展。首先，本文簡述了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的含義和信息不對稱理論，介紹了融資租賃的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生原因，接著從融資租賃公司即出租人的角度，，對其所涉及的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，進(jìn)行了較全面的分析研究。其次，文章運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)CAMELS風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評級方法對融資租賃公司的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價體系進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，為我國的融資租賃公司建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系提供了理論基礎(chǔ)，并且對渤海租賃股份有限公司的經(jīng)營狀況以及CAMELS體系下的各項(xiàng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了分析。最后，在這些分析的基礎(chǔ)上，從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散策略、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對沖策略、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移策略、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避策略、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)補(bǔ)償策略方面，提出了融資租賃公司防范和控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的措施，以保障融資租賃行業(yè)的健康快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In western developed countries, there is a kind of financing mode that is second only to bank loan, that is financing lease. Since the 1970s, under the trend of economic globalization, financial leasing has promoted the development of investment and international trade, showing unique advantages and huge development potential. In our country, financial leasing industry has a history of more than 30 years. In the 1990s, because of the lack of comprehensive understanding of risk, risk awareness is relatively weak, many financial leasing companies close down, because the rent is defaulted by the lessee for a long time. Therefore, whether we can effectively predict and control the risks and establish a sound risk management system has become the key issue to determine the healthy and rapid development of the financial leasing industry in China. The core content of this paper is how to effectively predict and control the risk, and through risk prediction and risk control to ensure the healthy and rapid development of the financial leasing industry. First of all, this paper introduces the meaning of risk and information asymmetry theory, introduces the causes of the risk of financial lease, and then from the perspective of the financial leasing company, the lessor, carries out a more comprehensive analysis and research on the various risks involved in it. Secondly, the paper designs the risk evaluation system of the financial leasing company by using the traditional Camels risk rating method, which provides the theoretical basis for the establishment of the risk management system of the financial leasing company in our country. The operating condition of Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd. And the risk indexes under Camels system are analyzed. Finally, on the basis of these analyses, the paper puts forward the measures to prevent and control the risk of financial leasing companies from the aspects of risk dispersion strategy, risk hedging strategy, risk transfer strategy, risk aversion strategy and risk compensation strategy. In order to ensure the healthy and rapid development of the financial leasing industry.
