基于區(qū)間值的TOPSIS法在B公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,制藥業(yè)得到了迅猛發(fā)展,制藥企業(yè)的規(guī)模越來(lái)越大,制藥企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈。由于供應(yīng)商提供的原材料、設(shè)備等的價(jià)格以及質(zhì)量等對(duì)企業(yè)最后產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格以及質(zhì)量等有著重要的影響,因此企業(yè)之間的相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)由過(guò)去的單個(gè)企業(yè)與單個(gè)企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)化成為企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。因此,,為了提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,制藥公司將一如既往地專注于建立長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定的供應(yīng)商合作關(guān)系,加強(qiáng)與供應(yīng)商的戰(zhàn)略合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。為了對(duì)B公司的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商做出正確的評(píng)價(jià),本文采用區(qū)間值與TOPSIS方法相結(jié)合的基于區(qū)間值的TOPSIS方法對(duì)B公司的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 本文在深入的文獻(xiàn)研究基礎(chǔ)之上,首先闡述了目前在企業(yè)當(dāng)中,最常使用的一些供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,然后結(jié)合B公司對(duì)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的要求、B公司現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的現(xiàn)狀以及B公司在生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中所存在的問(wèn)題,建立了適用于B公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。該指標(biāo)體系包括企業(yè)情況、交貨能力、服務(wù)水平、價(jià)格水平、質(zhì)量及EHS以及技術(shù)水平等6個(gè)方面,具體的可以分成26個(gè)指標(biāo),建立的該指標(biāo)體系具備很強(qiáng)的企業(yè)適應(yīng)性和可操作性。為了獲得指標(biāo)權(quán)重,本文以問(wèn)卷調(diào)研的形式獲得45個(gè)制藥行業(yè)專家對(duì)26個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)重要性的打分。為了降低調(diào)研問(wèn)卷打分過(guò)程中的主觀性,調(diào)研過(guò)程中要求問(wèn)卷參與者將指標(biāo)分?jǐn)?shù)以區(qū)間值的形式給出。在收回問(wèn)卷后,運(yùn)用熵值法以MATLAB編程的形式計(jì)算26個(gè)屬性的權(quán)重。在確定了B公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商26評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重后,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析目前較為常用的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)方法,結(jié)合B公司供生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商自身的特點(diǎn),選取了實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的TOPSIS法對(duì)B公司的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。為了驗(yàn)證基于區(qū)間值的TOPSIS方法的實(shí)用性,本文將該方法運(yùn)用到B公司攪拌罐供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)中。首先,以問(wèn)卷的形式獲得B公司負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)的6個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)3個(gè)攪拌罐供應(yīng)商的評(píng)分;然后,運(yùn)用MATLAB對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理計(jì)算決策者權(quán)重;最后運(yùn)用TOPSIS方法對(duì)3家攪拌罐供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行排序。對(duì)比分析B公司原有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)體系,基于區(qū)間值的TOPSIS方法給出的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果更加準(zhǔn)確、更加具有說(shuō)服力,從而有力的證明了該方法在B公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的實(shí)際評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中的廣泛適用性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly, the scale of pharmaceutical enterprises has become larger and larger, and the competition among pharmaceutical enterprises has become more and more fierce. The price and quality of equipment and so on have an important impact on the price and quality of the final product of the enterprise. Therefore, the competition between enterprises has been transformed from the competition between individual enterprises and single enterprises into the competition between supply chains. Therefore, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, Pharmaceutical companies will, as always, focus on building long-term, stable supplier partnerships, strengthening strategic cooperation with suppliers, and achieving sustainable development. In this paper, the interval-based TOPSIS method based on interval value and TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the production equipment suppliers of B Company. On the basis of in-depth literature research, this paper first describes some of the most commonly used supplier evaluation index systems in enterprises. Then combined with B Company's requirements for production equipment, the current situation of B Company's current production equipment suppliers and the problems existing in the process of B Company's evaluation of production equipment suppliers, The evaluation index system for supplier evaluation of production equipment in Company B is established. The index system includes six aspects: enterprise situation, delivery capacity, service level, price level, quality, EHS and technical level, etc. It can be divided into 26 indexes. The established index system has strong enterprise adaptability and maneuverability. In this paper, 45 pharmaceutical industry experts scored the importance of 26 evaluation indicators in the form of questionnaire survey. In order to reduce the subjectivity in the questionnaire scoring process, In the course of the investigation, participants were asked to give the index scores in the form of interval values. The weight of 26 attributes is calculated by using entropy method in the form of MATLAB programming. After determining the weight of 26 evaluation indexes of production equipment suppliers in B Company, the more commonly used supplier evaluation methods are compared and analyzed. According to the characteristics of the supplier of production equipment in Company B, this paper selects the practical TOPSIS method to evaluate the supplier of production equipment of Company B. in order to verify the practicability of the TOPSIS method based on interval value, In this paper, the method is applied to the evaluation of agitator suppliers in Company B. at first, the ratings of the suppliers of three agitators are obtained by six responsible persons in charge of supplier evaluation of production equipment in B Company. The weight of decision makers is calculated by using MATLAB to deal with the data. Finally, three suppliers of mixing tank are sorted by TOPSIS method. The evaluation system of original equipment suppliers in B Company is compared and analyzed. The TOPSIS method based on interval value is more accurate and more persuasive, which proves the wide applicability of the method in the actual evaluation process of production equipment suppliers in B Company.
