基于主數(shù)據(jù)的信息系統(tǒng)集成與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國信息技術(shù)的普及,對信息技術(shù)的需求已經(jīng)從早期的簡單應(yīng)用發(fā)展到以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為平臺的綜合應(yīng)用;信息的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)覆蓋到企業(yè)的方方面面,從簡單的會計(jì)核算到復(fù)雜的供應(yīng)鏈、生產(chǎn)制造、電子商務(wù)、移動互聯(lián)等,企業(yè)的各種業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)離不開信息系統(tǒng)的支撐;但是隨著企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的深入發(fā)展,企業(yè)也陷入了信息化建設(shè)的困境:數(shù)據(jù)不統(tǒng)一、系統(tǒng)相互獨(dú)立、報(bào)表不完整等問題層出不窮。企業(yè)每次信息化建設(shè)都希望解決數(shù)據(jù)一致性和系統(tǒng)一體化的問題,但是最終都無法達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)。在深入分析信息建設(shè)過程后發(fā)現(xiàn),導(dǎo)致這種現(xiàn)象的最根本的原因是缺乏主數(shù)據(jù)管理和應(yīng)用集成工具。 萬科物業(yè)也經(jīng)歷了多年的信息化發(fā)展,業(yè)務(wù)中多個系統(tǒng)并存,,系統(tǒng)相互獨(dú)立,數(shù)據(jù)不完整、數(shù)據(jù)不一致、報(bào)表不統(tǒng)一,很大程度上影響了企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展;迫切需要建立主數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng),統(tǒng)一管理房產(chǎn)、設(shè)備、客戶、用戶等主數(shù)據(jù),并需要針對這些數(shù)據(jù)建立統(tǒng)一的編碼規(guī)范和管理規(guī)范;然后在這個數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)萬科物業(yè)戰(zhàn)圖系統(tǒng)、ERP系統(tǒng)、APP等的整合。本文是以萬科物業(yè)為背景,深入研究探討了主數(shù)據(jù)的概念及主數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),結(jié)合MDM、EAI、ESB、WebService等相關(guān)技術(shù);提出以主數(shù)據(jù)管理為核心,建立統(tǒng)一的編碼規(guī)范和主數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng);同時建立以數(shù)據(jù)總線為橋梁的企業(yè)的信息一體化系統(tǒng)集成方案;該方案最后在萬科物業(yè)得到落實(shí),完成了萬科主數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)和萬科ESB系統(tǒng)的建立,解決了萬科物業(yè)缺乏數(shù)據(jù)編碼規(guī)則、基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)不一致、數(shù)據(jù)管理工具缺失、系統(tǒng)集成難等問題。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of information technology in our country, the demand for information technology has developed from the early simple application to the comprehensive application based on the network, and the application of information has covered all aspects of the enterprise. From simple accounting to complex supply chain, manufacturing, electronic commerce, mobile interconnection and so on, the business of enterprises has been inseparable from the support of information systems; but with the further development of enterprise information systems, Enterprises are also caught in the dilemma of information construction: data is not unified, systems are independent of each other, reports are incomplete and so on. Every time enterprise information construction wants to solve the problem of data consistency and system integration, After analyzing the process of information construction, it is found that the most fundamental reason for this phenomenon is the lack of master data management and application integration tools. Vanke property has also experienced many years of information development, business systems coexist, systems are independent, data is not complete, data is inconsistent, reports are not uniform, to a large extent affected the business development of enterprises; There is an urgent need to establish a master data management system, unified management of real estate, equipment, customers, users and other master data, and the need to establish a unified code for these data and management norms; Then, on the basis of this data unification, we realize the integration of Wanke property war map system / ERP system / app etc. Based on Vanke property, this paper deeply studies the concept of master data and the construction of master data system, and combines the related technologies such as MDMEAI / ESBN Web Service and so on. A unified coding standard and master data management system are established with master data management as the core. At the same time, the information integration system integration scheme of enterprises based on data bus is established. Finally, the scheme is implemented in Vanke property. The establishment of Vanke master data management system and Vanke ESB system is completed. The problems such as lack of data coding rules, inconsistent basic data, lack of data management tools and system integration are solved.
