基于RFID技術(shù)的易逝品庫(kù)存協(xié)同優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和社會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代越來越快,生命周期不斷縮短。在這種情況下,市場(chǎng)上的產(chǎn)品越來越多地呈現(xiàn)出易逝的特性。相對(duì)于普通產(chǎn)品而言,易逝品具有很強(qiáng)的時(shí)效性,對(duì)這些物品管理稍有不善就會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,并會(huì)對(duì)商品(特別是食品)埋下安全隱患。庫(kù)存作為供應(yīng)鏈管理的重要組成部分,其不準(zhǔn)確問題普遍存在并嚴(yán)重影響著易逝品供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的提高。在對(duì)易逝品庫(kù)存優(yōu)化策略研究不斷深入的同時(shí),新興的射頻識(shí)別技術(shù)(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)成為了供應(yīng)鏈管理的熱門技術(shù),在供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化過程中起到了革命性的作用。因此,協(xié)調(diào)易逝品供應(yīng)鏈上各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)如何采用RFID技術(shù)來提高其整體績(jī)效,具有重要的研究意義。 基于以上背景,論文重點(diǎn)研究了供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下基于RFID技術(shù)的易逝品庫(kù)存協(xié)同優(yōu)化問題,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)分析了供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存不確定性產(chǎn)生的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析庫(kù)存不準(zhǔn)確性對(duì)論易逝品供應(yīng)鏈的重要影響,探討能夠通過RFID技術(shù)減少或者消除的不確定性因素。 (2)在經(jīng)典報(bào)童模型的基礎(chǔ)上,,針對(duì)實(shí)施RFID技術(shù),提出單層級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中易逝品供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存協(xié)同優(yōu)化策略,也就是在引入RFID的前提下,如何去實(shí)施協(xié)同優(yōu)化的問題提出相應(yīng)的模型。后考慮在單層級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)庫(kù)存協(xié)同優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建多層級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存協(xié)同優(yōu)化模型,進(jìn)一步深入探討不同層級(jí)之間的庫(kù)存協(xié)同優(yōu)化策略。 (3)在現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以服裝供應(yīng)鏈為例,引入RFID技術(shù),基于供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作參考模型(SCOR),研究基于RFID技術(shù)的智能供應(yīng)鏈庫(kù)存協(xié)同處理框架,構(gòu)建基于RFID技術(shù)的服裝供應(yīng)鏈實(shí)施模型。最后通過構(gòu)建RFID的投資回報(bào)率模型,得出實(shí)施RFID的決策條件,具有一定的實(shí)際參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the global economic integration and the rapid development of social science and technology, the replacement of products is becoming faster and faster, and the life cycle of the products is continuously shortened. In this case, More and more products on the market show perishable characteristics. Perishable products have a strong timeliness compared to ordinary products, and a slight mismanagement of these goods will result in greater economic losses. As an important part of supply chain management, inventory is a key component of supply chain management. Its inaccuracies exist widely and seriously affect the performance improvement of perishable goods supply chain. While the research on inventory optimization strategy of perishable goods is deepening, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), a new RFID technology, has become a hot technology in supply chain management. It plays a revolutionary role in the optimization of inventory coordination in supply chain. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to use RFID technology to improve the overall performance of enterprises in the supply chain of perishable goods. Based on the above background, this paper focuses on the collaborative optimization of perishable inventory in supply chain environment based on RFID technology. The main research contents are as follows:. Based on the analysis of the reasons of inventory uncertainty in supply chain, this paper deeply analyzes the important influence of inventory inaccuracy on perishable goods supply chain, and discusses the uncertainty factors that can be reduced or eliminated by RFID technology. 2) based on the classical newsboy model, aiming at the implementation of RFID technology, a collaborative optimization strategy of perishable goods supply chain inventory in single-layer network is proposed, which is based on the introduction of RFID. How to implement the collaborative optimization problem is put forward, and then the supply chain inventory collaborative optimization model in the multi-level network is constructed on the basis of the single-layer network inventory collaborative optimization. Further further discuss the inventory coordination optimization strategy between different levels. On the basis of the existing research, taking the clothing supply chain as an example, this paper introduces RFID technology, based on the reference model of supply chain operation, studies the intelligent supply chain inventory collaborative processing framework based on RFID technology. The implementation model of apparel supply chain based on RFID technology is constructed. Finally, by constructing the model of return on investment of RFID, the decision conditions of implementing RFID are obtained, which has certain practical reference value.
