【摘要】：在當(dāng)今全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的國(guó)際化大環(huán)境下，任何有實(shí)力的企業(yè)都不可能獨(dú)自完成企業(yè)的所有業(yè)務(wù)，而必須要聯(lián)合其上下游企業(yè)協(xié)同完成全部業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程。企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更多體現(xiàn)在供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。然而，隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展，供應(yīng)鏈管理所面臨的不確定性因素在不斷地增加，從而引起供應(yīng)鏈的不確定是企業(yè)所面臨的眾多挑戰(zhàn)之一。因此供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是供應(yīng)鏈管理中的重要問(wèn)題，是當(dāng)今科學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)，具有很強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文基于粗糙集理論及模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)主要通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)回顧對(duì)目前對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行思考，并對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素識(shí)別，供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了深入研究，具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值和參考意義。 首先，本文從企業(yè)的實(shí)際客觀出發(fā)對(duì)選題的背景和研究的意義進(jìn)行了闡述，并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行回顧與總結(jié)，指出目前研究的不足和需要改善優(yōu)化的地方。其次，對(duì)目前研究供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和粗糙集的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行綜述。從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的內(nèi)涵延伸到供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的內(nèi)涵與特征以及供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特征，并對(duì)粗糙集理論進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單介紹，為下文做好理論基礎(chǔ)。再次，介紹供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的原則與方法，并選取指標(biāo)構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。結(jié)合模糊理論和粗糙集理論，確定模型的權(quán)重值，構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型。最后以河北某企業(yè)為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，分析企業(yè)目前的供應(yīng)鏈狀態(tài)，，并提出可靠有效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范控制策略，為公司建立完整、科學(xué)、全面的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the international environment of global economic integration today, no strong enterprise can accomplish all its business on its own. However, with the development of society, the uncertainty of supply chain management is increasing. Therefore, supply chain risk management is an important issue in supply chain management. Based on rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper mainly reviews the literature review on the supply chain risk, and the identification of supply chain risk factors, supply chain risk assessment system is deeply studied. It has strong practical value and reference significance. First of all, this paper expounds the background and significance of the topic, reviews and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and points out the shortcomings of the current research and the areas that need to be improved and optimized. This paper summarizes the relevant theories of supply chain risk and rough set. It extends from the connotation of risk to the connotation and characteristics of supply chain risk and the characteristics of supply chain risk, and introduces the rough set theory briefly. Thirdly, it introduces the principles and methods of supply chain risk identification, and selects indicators to construct the supply chain risk assessment index system. Combined with fuzzy theory and rough set theory, the weight of the model is determined. Finally, taking an enterprise in Hebei as an example, the paper analyzes the current supply chain state of the enterprise, and puts forward a reliable and effective risk prevention and control strategy to establish the integrity and science for the company. A comprehensive supply chain risk assessment system provides a reference.
