基于項目管理的物流運輸項目設計

【摘要】:當前物流在國民經濟和企業(yè)競爭中的作用愈發(fā)得到人們的關注,企業(yè)之間的競爭已經由原先的單純產品競爭演變?yōu)楣⿷溨g的競爭。隨著全球經濟一體化浪潮的來襲,只有高效高質的物流運輸服務能力才能為企業(yè)搶占國際市場提供的強大有力的支持。作為國民經濟基礎的化工產業(yè),它的生產和銷售過程涉及大量物流活動;の锪鬟\輸方式特殊、安全性要求高、物流成本高。在這樣的背景之下,本文就某世界500強化工企業(yè)D公司的PMDI液體散裝化工品的國際物流運輸需求提出了解決方案。近年來在城市建設、信息系統(tǒng)設計、建筑工程開發(fā)中廣泛應用的項目管理方法幫助企業(yè)和部門有效實施了項目的管理和開發(fā),取得了很好的效果,得到了使用者的認可和推薦。這也就帶來了項目管理理論的進一步推廣和更廣泛的應用。在這樣的背景之下,根據D公司PMDI產品的實際運輸需求,本文應用項目管理的理論,使其與物流基本理論相結合,進行了PMDI化工品物流運輸項目的開發(fā)和設計,最終實現(xiàn)該化工產品的運輸需求。文中應用項目開發(fā)進程和生命周期管理理論規(guī)劃了項目生命周期;分析了項目需求,提出需求預測模型;應用項目實施管理和組織結構與人員管理進行了項目組織設計;規(guī)劃了運輸路線;應用AHP分析方法,通過供應商選擇模型選擇合適的執(zhí)行供應商;最后應用項目質量管理方法,設計了物流服務項目的質量管理體系,以保持服務水平的穩(wěn)定和不斷提高。論文通過應用項目管理的方法,找出物流項目設計的關鍵步驟,使得物流項目設計過程化繁為簡。文中重點介紹了物流項目中關鍵的需求預測模型和供應商選擇模型,通過比較選擇出適合需求預測方案和供應商選擇方案。項目付諸實施后,取得了很好的實際效果,達到了企業(yè)預期目標。經過本文PMDI產品的國際物流運輸項目的設計實踐,顯示了應用項目管理的方式來規(guī)劃設計物流方案是合理的、科學的、高效的。同時幫助企業(yè)在面臨實際業(yè)務需求時提出一套便捷的物流運輸方案設計方式,具有很好的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the role of logistics in national economy and enterprise competition has been paid more and more attention. The competition among enterprises has changed from pure product competition to supply chain competition. Only high efficiency and high quality logistics and transportation service ability can provide strong and powerful support for enterprises to seize the international market. As the foundation of the national economy, the chemical industry, Its production and sales process involves a large number of logistics activities. Chemical logistics transportation mode is special, security requirements are high, logistics costs are high. This paper puts forward a solution to the international logistics transportation demand of PMDI liquid bulk chemical products of D Company, a world top 500 chemical enterprise. In recent years, it has been designed in urban construction and information system. The project management method widely used in the construction engineering development helps enterprises and departments to effectively implement the project management and development, and has achieved good results. In this context, according to the actual transportation demand of PMDI products of D Company, this paper applies the theory of project management. Combining with the basic theory of logistics, the development and design of the logistics transportation project of PMDI chemical products are carried out, and the transportation demand of the chemical product is finally realized. In this paper, the project life cycle is planned by the application of the project development process and the theory of life cycle management. The project demand is analyzed, the demand forecasting model is put forward, the project organization design is carried out by applying project implementation management, organization structure and personnel management, the transportation route is planned, and the method of AHP analysis is applied. Finally, the quality management system of logistics service project is designed by applying the project quality management method. In order to maintain the stability and continuous improvement of service level, the paper finds out the key steps of logistics project design by applying the method of project management. In this paper, the key demand forecasting model and supplier selection model in logistics project are introduced, and the suitable demand forecasting scheme and supplier selection scheme are selected by comparison. Through the design practice of the international logistics transportation project of PMDI products, it shows that it is reasonable and scientific to plan and design the logistics scheme by using the project management method. High efficiency. At the same time, it helps enterprises to put forward a set of convenient logistics and transportation scheme design mode in the face of actual business demand, which has very good reference significance.
