【摘要】：本文第一章分析了我國小微企業(yè)融資的概況,包括小微企業(yè)基本狀況、政策導向與銀行體系兩方面。第二章給出了小微企業(yè)融資案例分析,包括案例基本狀況、授信方案、常見風險點、風險管理反思四方面。第三章介紹了民生銀行小微企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀,包括產品簡介、定價策略、策略檢驗與實踐結果四方面。第四章提出了圍繞核心企業(yè)開展小微企業(yè)批量融資的思路,包括小微企業(yè)基本狀況、政策導向與銀行體系兩方面。第五章提出了核心企業(yè)項下小微企業(yè)批量融資的客戶定位策略,包括目標客戶選擇的指導思想、劃分和營銷策略三方面。第六章提出了核心企業(yè)項下小微企業(yè)批量融資的風險控管策略,包括風險控管總體策略、目標客戶的風控特點和產品設計策略及適用授信產品三方面。第七章提出了核心企業(yè)項下小微企業(yè)批量融資的方案,包括總體方案概述、數(shù)據源渠道、生成數(shù)據報表、標準化作業(yè)流程和經營機構后續(xù)工作內容五方面。
[Abstract]:The first chapter analyzes the general situation of the financing of small and micro enterprises in China, including the basic situation of small and micro enterprises, policy direction and banking system. Chapter two gives a case study of financing of small and micro enterprises, including the basic situation of cases, the credit scheme. The third chapter introduces the current financing situation of Minsheng Bank small and micro enterprises, including product profile, pricing strategy, Chapter 4th puts forward the idea of carrying out batch financing of small and micro enterprises around core enterprises, including the basic status of small and micro enterprises. Chapter 5th proposes the customer orientation strategy for batch financing of small and micro enterprises under the core enterprise, including the guiding ideology of target customer selection. Chapter 6th puts forward the risk control strategy of batch financing of small and micro enterprises under the core enterprise, including the overall strategy of risk control. The risk control characteristics of target customers and product design strategies and applicable credit products. Chapter 7th puts forward the project of batch financing for small and micro enterprises under the core enterprise item, including the overview of the overall scheme, the channel of data source, the generation of data report forms. Standardized operation flow and management organization follow up work content 5 respects.
