【摘要】：在全球競爭的激烈沖擊之下,我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈顯現(xiàn)出了管理水平低、價值鏈級別低、信息化程度低、組織分散等特點；同時,近年來農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全問題層出不窮。這突顯的是我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈競爭力的薄弱。供應(yīng)鏈競爭力的提升離不開信息技術(shù)的支持,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的引入能提高企業(yè)的信息化水平,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)被認為是繼計算機、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與移動通信網(wǎng)之后世界信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的第三次浪潮,開發(fā)應(yīng)用前景巨大,目前已被正式列為國家五大新興戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。在這樣的背景下,S企業(yè)作為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)中的一員,其供應(yīng)鏈將成為企業(yè)未來降低成本,保持競爭力的重點關(guān)注領(lǐng)域。本文以定性結(jié)合定量的研究方法,深入研究了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用對企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的能力提高效果。 首先,本文在參閱大量國內(nèi)外文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,歸納總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)采納研究文獻中的影響因素,通過實地企業(yè)調(diào)研,結(jié)合企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,初步構(gòu)建了S企業(yè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈中物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用的影響因素框架,進行可行性分析。 其次,對比我國傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的運作模式,研究物聯(lián)網(wǎng)在企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的生產(chǎn)、加工、倉儲、運輸、銷售等業(yè)務(wù)流程中的具體應(yīng)用。在此基礎(chǔ)上,并提出評價指標,應(yīng)用了模糊綜合評價分析方法,對相關(guān)指標進行分析比較,以檢驗EPC物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)對S企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的影響效果,接著提出績效評價指標,對比分析供應(yīng)鏈引入物聯(lián)網(wǎng)前后的具體指標數(shù)值變化,驗證了企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈能力的提升效果,對企業(yè)在實際應(yīng)用中的實施管理有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,同時對其他企業(yè)在EPC物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用方面有了一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Under the fierce impact of global competition, China's agricultural product supply chain has shown the characteristics of low management level, low value chain level, low level of information, decentralized organization and so on. In recent years, the quality and safety problems of agricultural products emerge in endlessly, which highlights the weakness of supply chain competitiveness of agricultural products in China. The promotion of supply chain competitiveness can not be separated from the support of information technology, and the introduction of Internet of things technology can improve the informatization level of enterprises. The Internet of things is considered to be the third wave of the world's information industry after computers, the Internet of Internet and the mobile communication network. At present, it has been officially listed as one of the five major emerging strategic industries in the country. Under this background, as a member of the agricultural products enterprises, its supply chain will become the future cost reduction of the enterprises. This paper studies the effect of the application of the Internet of things on the supply chain capability of enterprises by qualitative and quantitative methods. Firstly, on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this paper summarizes the influencing factors in the literature on the adoption of Internet of things technology at home and abroad, through the field investigation of enterprises, combined with the current situation of enterprises. The influence factor frame of the application of the Internet of things technology in the supply chain of agricultural products of S enterprise is constructed preliminarily, and the feasibility analysis is carried out. Secondly, comparing the operation mode of traditional and modern agricultural product supply chain in our country, studying the concrete application of Internet of things in enterprise supply chain, such as production, processing, warehousing, transportation, sales and so on. On this basis, the evaluation index is put forward. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis method is used to analyze and compare the relevant indexes to test the effect of EPC Internet of things technology on the supply chain of S enterprise, and then put forward the performance evaluation index. Comparing and analyzing the change of the specific index before and after the introduction of the Internet of things in the supply chain, it verifies the effect of the improvement of the supply chain capability of the enterprise, and has certain guiding significance for the implementation of the management in the practical application of the enterprise. At the same time, other enterprises in the application of the EPC Internet of things has a certain reference significance.
