【摘要】：供應鏈優(yōu)化是企業(yè)增加競爭優(yōu)勢的戰(zhàn)略性必然選擇,供應商作為供應鏈源頭在供應鏈中起到了至關重要的作用。供應商的評價直接影響著供應商的被選擇性,進而關系到采購產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、交貨期等,制約著供應鏈的整體表現(xiàn)。供應商之間的關系使供應鏈優(yōu)化問題變得更加復雜,節(jié)點企業(yè)間的關聯(lián)方式影響著供應鏈的結構。石化工程項目中,物資采購費用一般占項目總投資的50%以上,項目中采購物資的種類眾多、關系繁雜,并且供應商之間存在影響關系。因此,需要研究供應商評價和供應商關系對供應鏈優(yōu)化的影響進行研究。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括： 1)選取了一個發(fā)達國家的乙烯裂解項目為典型石化工程項目實例,建立了以總評估成本最小為目標的混合整數(shù)非線性模型作為供應鏈優(yōu)化的基礎。 2)供應商評價是對供應商歷史供應表現(xiàn)的評估,具有一定的主觀性和實時更新性,本文通過所建的混合整數(shù)非線性數(shù)學模型分析了供應商評價對石化工程項目供應鏈優(yōu)化的影響以及供應商評價中主觀因素對供應鏈優(yōu)化的影響。 3)石化工程項目中物資的內(nèi)在關系和不同采購方式使供應商之間存在一定關聯(lián)性,本文通過所建的數(shù)學模型研究了供應商的關系對供應鏈優(yōu)化的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)石化工程項目供應鏈可以通過結構的調(diào)整達到供應鏈的整體最優(yōu)。 本文以實際的石化工程項目為背景建立了工程項目供應鏈優(yōu)化的數(shù)學規(guī)劃模型,并且研究了供應商評價和供應商關系對供應鏈優(yōu)化的影響,為工程項目總承包商以后的招標工作提供了理論指導。
[Abstract]:Supply chain optimization is a strategic and inevitable choice for enterprises to increase their competitive advantage. As the source of supply chain, supplier plays an important role in the supply chain. The evaluation of suppliers directly affects the selectivity of suppliers. The relationship between suppliers makes the optimization problem of supply chain more complex, which is related to the quality of purchasing products, delivery time and so on, and restricts the overall performance of supply chain. In petrochemical engineering projects, the purchase cost of materials generally accounts for more than 50% of the total investment of the project, and there are many kinds of materials purchased in the project, and the relationship is complicated. Therefore, it is necessary to study the impact of supplier evaluation and supplier relationship on supply chain optimization. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. 1) the ethylene cracking project in a developed country is selected as a typical petrochemical engineering project, and a mixed integer nonlinear model with minimum total evaluation cost is established as the basis of supply chain optimization. 2) supplier evaluation is an evaluation of supplier's historical supply performance, which is subjective and updated in real time. In this paper, the influence of supplier evaluation on supply chain optimization of petrochemical engineering projects and the influence of subjective factors in supplier evaluation on supply chain optimization are analyzed by using the mixed integer nonlinear mathematical model. 3) the internal relations of materials and materials in petrochemical engineering project and different purchasing methods make the suppliers have certain relevance. This paper studies the influence of supplier relationship on the supply chain optimization through the mathematical model established in this paper. It is found that the supply chain of petrochemical engineering project can be optimized by adjusting the structure of the supply chain. In this paper, the mathematical programming model of supply chain optimization of engineering projects is established under the background of actual petrochemical engineering projects, and the influence of supplier evaluation and supplier relationship on supply chain optimization is studied. It provides theoretical guidance for the bidding work of the general contractor of the project.
