【摘要】：對(duì)于采購(gòu),大家都不陌生,采購(gòu)不僅是日常生活中的重要行為,同時(shí)也是眾多商業(yè)者盈利的重要手段。而采購(gòu)管理是成本管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),降低采購(gòu)成本就相當(dāng)于增加了公司利潤(rùn)。因此,建立良好的采購(gòu)管理機(jī)制,能夠有效應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)有市場(chǎng)的變化,保證企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)活力,對(duì)企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展具有較大的促進(jìn)作用。 本文以柏力開米公司為研究對(duì)象,首先闡述了采購(gòu)管理、供應(yīng)商管理、采購(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等相關(guān)采購(gòu)理論。其次,介紹了柏力開米公司采購(gòu)管理的現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入的探討。最后,針對(duì)柏力開米公司采購(gòu)管理中存在的問(wèn)題,分別從柏力開米公司采購(gòu)觀念、采購(gòu)方式、供應(yīng)商管理體系以及采購(gòu)管理的監(jiān)督等方面提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案,具體優(yōu)化對(duì)策包括：(1)轉(zhuǎn)變采購(gòu)觀念,樹立采購(gòu)就是訂單的理念,重視供應(yīng)商利益；(2)轉(zhuǎn)變采購(gòu)方式,優(yōu)化采購(gòu)流程,建立以訂單為導(dǎo)向的新型采購(gòu)模式,導(dǎo)入JIT采購(gòu),提高采購(gòu)效率；(3)建立健全供應(yīng)商選擇和評(píng)價(jià)體系,實(shí)行對(duì)供應(yīng)商分類管理,尋求建立新型同盟型供應(yīng)商,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)與供應(yīng)商的雙贏；(4)強(qiáng)化對(duì)采購(gòu)工作的監(jiān)察和控制力度,優(yōu)化來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)程序,設(shè)置內(nèi)部監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu),完善內(nèi)部控制制度以此來(lái)降低采購(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。 本文的研究成果不僅對(duì)柏力開米公司的采購(gòu)管理工作有著重要的意義。同時(shí),還對(duì)其它改性塑料生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的采購(gòu)管理實(shí)踐具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Purchasing is not only an important behavior in daily life, but also an important means for many business people to make profits. Procurement management is an important part of cost management. Therefore, the establishment of a good purchasing management mechanism can effectively cope with the changes in the existing market, ensure the market vitality of the enterprise, and have a greater role in promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise. In this paper, the author studies the purchasing management, supplier management, procurement risk and so on. Secondly, the paper introduces the current situation of purchasing management in the company. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the procurement management of the Burley Rice Company, the paper analyzes the purchasing concept and the procurement methods of the Burley Rice Company, respectively. The corresponding solutions are put forward in the aspects of the supplier management system and the supervision of procurement management. The specific optimization countermeasures include: changing the purchasing concept, establishing the concept that purchase is an order, paying attention to the interests of suppliers and changing the purchasing mode. Optimize the purchasing process, establish a new purchasing mode based on order, introduce JIT purchasing, improve purchasing efficiency, establish and perfect supplier selection and evaluation system, implement classification management of suppliers, and seek to establish new alliance suppliers. Finally, we should strengthen the supervision and control of the purchasing work, optimize the inspection procedure of incoming materials, set up the internal supervision organization and perfect the internal control system to reduce the purchasing risk. The research results of this paper are not only of great significance to the procurement management work of Belikaimi Company, but also can be used for reference in the procurement management practice of other modified plastics manufacturing enterprises.
