S公司半成品倉庫作業(yè)改善研究

【摘要】:揀選策略與信息化程度是影響倉庫作業(yè)效率和質(zhì)量的重要因素。合理的揀選策略與路徑設(shè)計,不僅能提高倉庫的工作效率,而且能有效地降低物流作業(yè)成本,F(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)在物流行業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用,為倉庫管理的信息化、智能化、自動化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化創(chuàng)造了良好的條件。倉庫管理系統(tǒng)(WMS)的應(yīng)用,能夠有效地提高倉庫管理的效率,進(jìn)一步降低倉儲物流成本,改善供應(yīng)鏈的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的市場競爭力。 本文密切結(jié)合某大型重工業(yè)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,采用調(diào)查研究與數(shù)學(xué)建模分析相結(jié)合的方法,研究優(yōu)化了S公司半成品庫的揀選作業(yè)流程和倉庫管理系統(tǒng)問題,從揀選單據(jù)優(yōu)化和揀選路徑優(yōu)化兩個方面入手,以揀選路徑總長度最短為目標(biāo)函數(shù),以揀選設(shè)備的容量限制為約束條件,對所有的揀選單進(jìn)行分批,,并采用節(jié)約式啟發(fā)算法進(jìn)行求解。揀選單據(jù)優(yōu)化完成后又依據(jù)邊際效用遞減的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理對影響倉庫揀選人員效能的因素進(jìn)行了分析,并提出可以提升揀選人員效能的措施。其次研究揀選路徑優(yōu)化的方向,在揀選單分批模型的基礎(chǔ)上,參照TSP模型建立路徑優(yōu)化模型,對揀選路徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。文章對揀選流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化與改進(jìn)后,還對倉庫各項(xiàng)作業(yè)流程加入WMS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行管理控制與改善,并對比了引入WMS系統(tǒng)后為倉庫帶來的顯著績效提高。
[Abstract]:The selection strategy and the degree of information are the important factors that affect the efficiency and quality of warehouse operation. Reasonable picking strategy and path design can not only improve the working efficiency of warehouse, but also improve the working efficiency of warehouse. And it can effectively reduce the cost of logistics activities. The wide application of modern information technology in the logistics industry has created a good condition for the information, intelligence, automation and standardization of warehouse management. It can effectively improve the efficiency of warehouse management, further reduce the cost of warehouse logistics, improve the service quality of supply chain, and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the production practice of a large heavy industry enterprise and the method of combining investigation and mathematical modeling and analysis, this paper studies and optimizes the sorting process and warehouse management system of semi-finished product warehouse in S Company. Starting with the optimization of picking documents and path, taking the shortest path length as the objective function and the capacity limitation of the picking equipment as the constraint condition, all the picking orders are divided into batches. After the optimization of picking documents is completed, the factors that affect the efficiency of warehouse pickers are analyzed according to the economic principle of diminishing marginal utility. The paper also puts forward some measures to improve the efficiency of picking workers. Secondly, the direction of path selection optimization is studied, and the path optimization model is established by referring to TSP model on the basis of picking single batch model. After the optimization and improvement of the picking process, the management control and improvement of the warehouse operation process by adding the WMS system are carried out, and the remarkable performance of the warehouse after the introduction of the WMS system is compared.
