基于“云物流”的發(fā)電集團(tuán)燃料供應(yīng)鏈管理模式研究

【摘要】:電力體制改革后,廠網(wǎng)分開(kāi),發(fā)電集團(tuán)開(kāi)始作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的主體自主經(jīng)營(yíng)、自負(fù)盈虧。作為一個(gè)在市場(chǎng)上競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的企業(yè),追求利潤(rùn)最大化必然是其最終目標(biāo),發(fā)電集團(tuán)的組成部分中大部分是火力發(fā)電企業(yè),火電企業(yè)中燃料成本占總成本70%以上,控制燃料成本是降低發(fā)電成本的關(guān)鍵。過(guò)去的煤炭供應(yīng)商、運(yùn)輸承運(yùn)商、客戶(hù)都是一個(gè)個(gè)獨(dú)立的實(shí)體,大部分燃料都是由固定的一家或幾家燃料公司提供,市場(chǎng)化程度較低。隨著市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)放,傳統(tǒng)的燃料物流管理手段已經(jīng)不再適應(yīng)現(xiàn)實(shí)的需要,創(chuàng)新燃料供應(yīng)鏈管理模式的必要性和重要性也日益顯現(xiàn)。大物流模式是整合了物流平臺(tái)、合作伙伴管理等的綜合模式,結(jié)合大物流的燃料供應(yīng)鏈管理模式對(duì)整合發(fā)電集團(tuán)資源、提高集團(tuán)管理效率、降低集團(tuán)成本、增加利益有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先總結(jié)了燃料物流管理的發(fā)展歷程,隨后對(duì)A發(fā)電集團(tuán)燃料供應(yīng)鏈管理進(jìn)行了綜合研究,最后基于現(xiàn)今新興的“云物流”思想,云平臺(tái)搭建技術(shù),構(gòu)建了發(fā)電集團(tuán)燃料供應(yīng)鏈的大物流模式。本文通過(guò)研究發(fā)電企業(yè)內(nèi)外部的燃料物流供應(yīng)情況,結(jié)合實(shí)際為發(fā)電集團(tuán)燃料的物流管理提供了一項(xiàng)新的管理模式,有利于發(fā)電集團(tuán)全面有效管理物資,降低成本,提高企業(yè)的工作效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)也為其他行業(yè)構(gòu)建大物流模式提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:After the reform of the electric power system, the power generation group began to operate autonomously as an independent subject and to be responsible for its own profits and losses. As a competitive enterprise in the market, the ultimate goal of the power generation group is to pursue the maximization of profits. Most of the components of the power generation group are thermal power companies, where fuel costs account for more than 70% of the total cost, and controlling fuel costs is the key to reducing the cost of generating electricity. Customers are independent entities, most of the fuel is supplied by one or more fuel companies, and the degree of marketization is low. With the opening of the market, the traditional means of fuel logistics management no longer meet the needs of reality. The necessity and importance of innovating fuel supply chain management mode is also becoming more and more obvious. Large logistics mode is a comprehensive model that integrates logistics platform, partner management and so on, and combines the fuel supply chain management mode of large logistics to integrate power generation group resources. It is of great practical significance to improve the efficiency of group management, reduce group cost and increase benefits. This paper first summarizes the development of fuel logistics management, then makes a comprehensive study on fuel supply chain management of A power generation group. Finally, based on the emerging idea of "cloud logistics", the technology of building cloud platform is introduced. By studying the internal and external fuel logistics supply of power generation enterprises, this paper provides a new management model for fuel logistics management of generation groups. It is beneficial to the power generation group to manage materials effectively, reduce the cost, improve the efficiency and economic benefit of the enterprise, and also provide some reference for other industries to build a large logistics model.
